  1. It looks like they would get in the way of the plastic frame covers.
  2. Works even better with disk brakes.
  3. Too bad this won't work for buckets..........
  4. That's everybody's pic size limit. You have to scale it down under 1.95 before uploading for now. Auto resizing is coming, but not here yet....
  5. Amazing story reuniting your MJ with the original bed, then molding it all into a super-nice MJ. Great MJOTM to end out 2017. Well done and congratulations.
  6. The control arm lengths for different lifts are not written in stone, just suggested values to be used as a guide.
  7. Excellent writeup and pics. Thanks for taking the time to do it.
  8. Outstanding! How did I miss this outstanding long bed 91? Gorgeous truck mate.

  10. Base timing should be in the 10*-14* BTDC ballpark before adjusting the carb.
  11. For the vent windows and frames, you could post an ad in the classified "Wanted" section on the forum describing which vent windows you need (fixed or movable). Ebay sometimes has them offered, and there's always the junkyard. New ones are NLA. For the gaskets, Team Cherokee has most everything you will need. http://teamcherokee.com/ You might want to add a signature to describe what you are driving too. https://comancheclub.com/forums/topic/51707-cc-members-create-a-signature-to-describe-your-mj/
  12. How are you setting the timing? With a timing light? What was the timing setting BTDC when you "found a spot that i liked"?
  13. https://www.ebay.com/itm/84-86-New-take-out-15x6-aluminium-rim-Jeep-Wagoneer-Limited-slotted-cherokee-XJ/182209941155?hash=item2a6c8f0ea3:g:P6IAAOSwMsVXjPo6&vxp=mtr I like them. I wouldn't put 31"' tires on a 6" wheel though.........
  14. http://www.wheelcollision.com/store/H1401-01401XXXX-WAGONEER.htm I've seen them, but not often.
  15. Yes, I've seen the non-Mopar refurbed fuel pumps too, and never considered them. But you would think before Mopar put their name on something it would be reliable. They have been selling refurbed water pumps, starters, alternators, even computers for years and I haven't heard any negatives. That's probably what you mostly get when you bring your Mopar vehicle to the dealership for repair.
  16. These types come and go. No problems Pete-man.
  17. Bet he's a whiz on Farcebook though.
  18. Again: " Click on the square in the upper right corner of your post. Do you get a pop-up menu in black with a trashcan on the bottom? If so, click the trashcan to delete."

  20. First see if you can master making single posts, not duplicates and triplicates.
  21. ^^ Poor little MJ with all that dead weight in the bed.
  22. The Mopar p/n for the original long Bosch fuel pump was 4637192, long gone and superceded by p/n 68001826AA. This pump looks like the Bosch 69302 that most of us are now using. The Mopar 68001826AA looks to be a remanufactured unit and they are available. HERE's one on Ebay. I may give one of these a try for the next one...
  23. Just read the tire size.
  24. That's better. Good chance you already have 4.10's.
