  1. Si. Samo incident happened here in some localities she might have been prosecuted for some "procedure" violation.
  2. Any 8 or 10 digit numbers stamped on it?
  3. I had a an A/T transmission line blow off the radiator awhile back, my own fault I think because I didn't have the connector fully seated, and luckily I got off the road before any damage was done, besides the mess. I have the connectors safety wired for now, but these retaining clips will be great if they work.
  4. Thanks Pete-man. Your info enabled me to find the GM clips on Ebay HERE. I know I can find them cheaper with a little searching. They are supposed to fit both the 5/16" and 3/8" quick connectors. And the GM vehicles use the same type quick connectors that our MJs do. Should work fine for both fuel line and A/T fluid line connectors. Cheap insurance....
  5. Huh? Every HO I've ever had read around 12-14* BTDC.

  7. I found this pic online of a clip that prevents fuel line quick connector from separating. They were on an XJ and were a factory part for 5/16" and 3/8" quick connectors. I've been looking through my parts manuals for them with no success. Anyone know the p/n or seen them before? I'd like to put them on all my fluid quick connectors. GM also makes a similar clip that would work. Anyone know a p/n or source?
  8. I know - I was temporarily blinded....
  9. Same thing. Doesn't work for me using IE also.
  10. Thanks. Guess my viewing settings are different - I don't see any tabs like that. I'm still using Win7 as my OS, that's probably the reason.
  11. Can you post a screen shot showing what these favicons are supposed to look like?
  12. Wow! It sure was. Graphic skills like that I can only imagine.
  13. While trying to get the gunman's piece away, she almost got run over by the jerk in the red car as she was fleeing. Doers and non-doers...
  14. http://teamcherokee.com/floor-pan-body-plug-1-25-oem-cherokee-comanche-1984-1999/ They have plenty of varying sizes.
  15. They are quite rare, and only came on 84-86 XJ Wagoneers. And they were only in Chrome/Black. I borrowed this grille for testing purposes from one of our most esteemed club members.
  16. They look like casting numbers...
  17. Don't leave home without it.
  18. They are usually cheaper too.
  19. That is strange. Just for grins I looked in the parts manual, and the XJ/MJ 91-95 4.0 engine throttle bodies all carry the same p/n, 53030844. It changed in 96 due to the MAP mount.
  20. One difference is the throttle body mounting for the MAP sensors on the newer ones.
  21. Got them on Ebay, they are GM gaskets. THESE will work fine, assuming you are using a 1/2" or 13mm diameter plug.
  22. Sure, reuse it. Might be prudent to pour it through a coarse paint strainer though since the vehicle is new to you.
  23. I don't use the copper gaskets - prefer the metal / rubber type. They don't leak. I change the gasket at about every third oil change. Like the below:
  24. I think THIS is correct for his 87 with idiot temperature light.
  25. Did you get the airbags in? Help much?
