  1. The Compass and Liberty KJ had 17" and 18" factory 5 x 4.5" wheels for certain years. No idea on the BS though.
  2. Nice job, I love it. The chrome is where it should be and looks great with the original factory gold paint. The side moldings and red pinstripe add to it also. Since you have a little lift there now, some 31's would look good to fill in the wheel wells a bit. Great looking longbed mate.
  3. A lot closer than most.
  4. What..........was..........the..........fix..........?

  6. Here you go Jim. A mere $3K.......... http://jalopnik.com/5965195/for-3000-pick-up-the-pacer
  7. Just curious Fred: are the hoses on your 91 damaged or just rotten?
  8. The front and rear bushings are the same p/n for all MJ leaf springs. Front: 52000876 Rear: 52000504
  9. That's obvious. So what part of vehicles do you deal with? The radio?
  10. arb= anti-roll bar, aka sway bar. I guess you could say it's the end link, but it's the eye of the sway bar hitting. Also, redwolf, I had to lift the body 3-4" to make them touch. Figured that's what you meant. Longer end links should move the bar away from the coils.
  11. I was going to reply to that, but figured you could speak for yourself. I ran some 31" BFG MT's briefly for the "look", but the drone on the pavement, poor handling, and the tires breaking free with the slightest throttle when wet cured that pretty quick.
  12. I don't think I could agree more with this. Me four.
  13. Love the flat top shell. I couldn't find one for my long bed. That type shell looks great with a modded XJ roof rack on it. Image Not Found Pic courtesy of CC member Gjeep.
  14. All those bolts up front that fit the frame weldnuts for mounting the sway bar, tow hooks, bumper brackets, etc. are M10x1.50x20mm or 30mm long, 8.8 hardness.

  16. His profile says he's from Aurora Jim. http://comancheclub.com/user/4907-jasongreg28/
  17. Have you done the manual shifting test with the TCU deactivated?
  18. That's nice.
  19. Parts manual shows p/n 83504893 for dealer installed. EDIT: Hey Tim! You know how to RTF parts manual! Quicker than I too.
  20. These are the specs for the OME #2934 front coil spring. It give a solid 3" of lift used on an XJ/MJ so it might help: Application: Jeep ZJ V8 Free Height: 510mm (20.1") Number of Turns: 10 Spring Rate: 140#
  21. I had to get a recall done yesterday at the dealer, so while I was waiting I asked to road test a new Cherokee. It did handle and ride nicely, probably due to the IFS/IRS which I consider a plus in a vehicle like this. It had the 3.2 Pentastar and felt quick, but not overpowering. I don't know about it's offroad capabilities and don't really care. It's a great little SUV well suited for mall crawling and soccer moms. I suspect there are many other vehicles of it's type just as capable I could get a bit cheaper though. But the front end styling turned me off; it's hideous. While trying to make it look Jeep-ish by retaining the too-small slotted grille, then adding slitted eye headlights and a shark-looking mouth below, they succeeded in creating what looks like some prehistoric deep water bottom feeder. Kind of like a whale shark with big eyes. From the side and rear it looks common, like every other small mall Japanese or Korean SUV. Even the wife thought it was ugly, and we never agree..............
  22. 52000623 is for the XJ. 52001595 is the correct p/n for the MJ Fuel Tank Filler and Vent Hose.
