    Gun Fever

I have a Bushmaster. Bought it from a fellow member. http://comancheclub.com/topic/33633-what-are-you-shooting/ Cheapest I've found an AR new has been $700 at a gun show. Average I've seen has been $900 for an AR in .223/5.56. You can find one chambered for .22LR for between $400-$600.
  3. My God dude! You found Reds long lost little brother. Yes sir, you NEED to be the next owner of that truck.
  4. Hmmmmmmm. I can't think of anything Ryan. Your interior can't be improved on much.

I think I may just stick to getting some more high capacity magazines for my current guns. I do however have a question. What exactly makes my AR-15 an "assault" rifle? I just don't see it as one.
  6. Domesticated....... Now you must send this sham back through one of their office windows and demand your money back plus 50%. After you return to your man cave, you must do 300 one handed push-ups with your children sitting on your back. Once finished, you are to drink a gallon of lighter fluid and piss on a bonfire. Upon completion of these tasks, you earn that man card back.
  7. Good to know. The tritium tubes on my luminox are still bright as can be, but its just over a year old. With the sights, I agree, I don't think I'd have time to line up for a perfect shot. But it'd be nice to get on target in low light.
  8. Jay, how do you like the tritium sights on your 92FS? I've been thinking about them for my Sig .40
  9. Welcome to the club! Got any pics of the Porsches?
  10. x3 We followed your journey to get this truck. Don't hold out on us now! Seriously, congrats on the truck. Will be following the progress.
  11. The 98 will have a distributor, the 01 will be coil on plug.
  12. Man, I'm afraid if I chromed it, Don may show up knocking on the door demanding for me to hand it over!!! Thanks for the compliments fellas. Tomorrow is the day for it to be finished.
  13. I didn't notice any undercut. But I'll look at it again. If I were to make a wild @$$ assumption, I'd say its because I didn't put the flap wheel too close to the weld and its just a line of discolor. I guess I'll have to get some closer more detailed pictures of it when I get back to it.
  14. I would suggest, based on my experience, hella e-code housings, osram bulbs, and the heavy duty harness with relays. check my build thread for the links. http://comancheclub.com/topic/27796-2001-eliminator/page__st__220 Btw, where in Texas are you?
  15. Sorry it took so long to get pictures up. Anyway, here they are if you're still interested. You're welcome to the indiglo gauge overlays, or I can remove them for you.
  16. Fab work is finally done on the rear bumper. Powdercoat should be done Friday
  17. I know what you mean. If you want to do the swap bad enough then go for it. If its not in the cards with your current XJ then just wait until a good donor beomes avalible. A word of advice though. Whatever your cost estimation is on the swap, double it. There were so many hidden costs that I didnt think about. However, all in all, it was well worth it.
  18. Mmmmmm.........good beer
  19. Was this one on Craigslist a while back? I could swear I saw it for sale. Good looking truck.
  20. Good idea for my sons truck. Thanks for posting!
  21. Downtown to the west side of DFW at 45mph? That's a win in my book! Especially if it was close to rush hour. Traffic, without a doubt, was the thing I hated most about living up there!
  22. Welcome back Brandon
  23. SHHHHHHHHHH!!!!!! Don't tell anyone yet. Since you mention it, has phase two of Operation Trojan MJ begun?
