They should have up sized the injectors and would have got the horse power that they wanted! I wonder if they would give me the parts, I could do wonders with them. Stroke it, would have been better. Bigger valves, and a roller cam.

We been playing that for years. You cannot call the ones in my drive way but I have influenced the neighbors so there is about 12 more now. Never tried the yellow jeep or the truck rules, we just play that the one with the most wins. Game is reset after stopping and you cannot call any until you start driving again. Kept the kids interested for years, The wife and I play every time we go out, and car lots count. When I start losing and the wife calls one on my side I protest. LOL Hard to win, except she cheats when going pass a parking lot and cannot see any she still calls out JEEP. I know there is one there.

Dodge Slant-6 Engine.
boman40 replied to onlyinajeep726's topic in MJ Tech: Modification and Repairs
The 225 slant six was probably one of the best engines built. When I was in high school, my parents bought a old plymouth four door for my sister. Then it was passed on to my little brother. It had over 300,000 on it when they bought it. It was normal maintance, every 150,000, rebuild the head at 300,000 new rings and bearings. My brother ran the piss out of it, drag racing it. He tryed to blow it up, 1st time it ran out of gas, so he filled it up and tried it again. Took three days before it ran the tank out again. Mom and Dad came home the next time he tried it. Made him sell it, he had to walk for awhile. The things just run and keep on running even with no water or oil. Smoked alittle after that, so I would like to hear if it is possible two. -
I would go for a stroker to put in it.

That is one way to lift a comanche!

Change the fuel filter and check fuel pressure again, if the same as before, change the fuel regulator and check your air filter.

If you still have some, I would like a six pack. Thanhks Bo

I like the Victor mouse traps myself. Wooden base and wire spring, they have to be modified. First bend up the latch to a 90 degree angle. Use Tri Flow lubricant on all metal parts, springs, and wires. Note do not get it on where the bait goes. The bait, most important, use creamy peanut butter mixed with white flower. Mixture should be able to be compress, light brown in color, and a little powdery, then fill bait hole evenly, no more then that. You want them to work for the food. The Tri Flow will make the traps very fast, for the little ones, see against the wall before arming. Tweak the latch as needed, just so it if you bump it , it goes off. Depending on your mice problem is how often to check traps. One mouse, check in the morning, more than one check in an hour or if you hear it go off. Trapped 136 in three hours, had to quit so I could drink a beer. Large problem, have trash can close, and do not forget to empty trash can, bodies start stinking in about four hours. Note, you will have to rebait if you set it and it goes off before you place trap and watch the fingers.

I written emails to this add for years and got no replies. They never had a title for it. I been trying to find out where it was to look at it. I hope he can get it with a title.

I just bought a 93 grand cherokee and sold my 93 grand cherokee to my daughter. The problems I have had with is the radiators, they come with plastic tanks, up grade to a three core on both. Very nice ride, 4.0l engines are great. The 96 and newer models have rear disk brakes, the 42re transmissions are expensive but I always change the fluid every 12,000 miles and have not had any problems with mine. I really like the 242 transfer case over the other two. I also run 30 inch tires, and get 19 to 21 on the highway.

Sent you all the spare change I had. I am in the process of stroking the wrangler and spending to much money on it. You know roller cam, roller rockers, bore .060 over, free floating pistons, porting head and intake, new exhaust, tires, new transmission, rebuilding transfer case and bumpers.

My wife works at the local liquor store, I will ask her if she can get it here in Kansas. Me, myself and I just like Budweiser, as for the wife, she likes all kinds of beers. She will try them all. If she can get the beer,I will have send some to the beer club on Wednesday to see if it is good or not.

Hope you win, just watch so you don't catch the strap on the holster when hoisting the weapon. It hurts!

I over in western Kansas, The mj is two wheel drive, if you have a trip wheeling trip planned, I could bring the xj or the tj.

Did you use Nissan factory parts or local parts store. Well the only reason for asking is that on a Honda Accord that I own. Had some heating issues. Found out that you need to use factory parts, especially the thermostat. Jack around with it for three until my friend who is a Honda mechanic got back from vacation. Put in a factory thermostatic, fixed all the problems except for my step daughter paying me to fix it. On Honda's the cooling system needs factory parts to work right. If the cooling system is like Honda's, you will need to bleed it the right way.

O2 sensor, fuel filter, and run fuel cleaner in it. Try and find some with out alcohol in it. I get better mileage running premium.
