  1. Wow.... a PM would of went much further... Can't say we read every thread here. PM us and we'll be in further contact about it.
  2. I'm not saying that it's not a possibility... However being that we get a stocking order in every 2 weeks for the past few years; and we've not gotten anything since November due to item's being on "backorder" leads us to believe it's been coming for awhile. They just kept pushing the ship date back every 2 weeks promising us product. Follow by an email today stating what was shared earlier. RE was at SEMA in November; however most likely it was due to the fact that they had already paid for their spot. With that being said we're still selling all RE products we have on our shelves; we just are unable to order anything from RE that we don't have in stock. We're saddened to see this happen as RE has a quality product and we hope that it's not as serious as it seems.
  3. Received word this morning that RE is going to be closed pending reorganization. We are not able to order any further parts. Not looking good...
  4. Do the "cut and fold" method. (photos below show the process on an XJ, but it's identical on your MJ) You simply cut vertical slots in the fender to the body line, and fold them in. That way your not separating the 2 panels. Here is our MJ shown with the cut and fold method with a TJ flare. If you look close you can see that we didn't go back the body line when we mounted the flare. That's a 35" tire on a 6.5" lift (SOA).
  5. They are brand new repo's made by Omix. They are officially licensed by Mopar. I don't have one infront of me but I would guess the size is aprox. 4"-5" long based on the one I saw (I could pull the one we do have and measure when time allows). Come pre-applied with the adhesive backing already applied. Cost is $24.95 and can be purchased on our website HERE. Due into us anyday and they should ship mid-late week.
  6. We have 25 due in this week.
  7. How about a cool AMC Jeep Badge?
  8. We are. Though we have saved one (or a couple) for our own project MJ's.
  9. We have a Draw-Tite MJ hitch on the shelf. We may be able to be of some help.
  10. Me? I wheel probably more than any of you here! We're in Huntington as well.
  11. RC spacers are not hub-centric nor are they anodized. For the same $100 you could of gotten a quality set of spacers...
  12. Nope and not to expensive for a "lunchbox" style. Lock-Rite - $300 Aussie - $300 Yukon Spartan - $280
  13. G2 makes a aluminum (not polished) D44 cover WITH a drain plug. The only drain plugs I've seen like that on recent era D44's in Jeeps have been in the TJ's.
  14. We got one. THANKS!
  15. I would recommend NOT taking the bolts out of the door; the doors will line us much easier if you don't. You can fit a dremel tool in there with a cut-off wheel if you try hard enough. Here is where you want to cut: Once it's cut you can simply pound the bottom portion off: On the passenger side sometimes the factory pin is pushed in from the bottom up (thus when you pound the cut-off part out the pin goes with it). Most times this was only the case on like 92+ models as every older model we've done this to has had the pin pressed in from the top. Drivers side regardless of year has always been pressed in from the top. We've also found that cutting the pin shorter helps get the doors on/off easier. We typically leave the bottom pin just a tad longer so we can get that one lined up first than the top one slides in easier.
  16. Just make sure you get something with a decent spring rate. That's a lot of coil and most manufactures just make a stiff coil to compensate. A nice progressive coil would probably ride the best.
  17. We still are making sliders for both the LWB and SWB models.
  18. As stated prior just made sure they are anodized (so they don't fuse to your hubs) and are hub-centric. They will be 5 x 4.5 bolt pattern and should be aprox. 1.25" thick. Spidertrax are $99 Alloy USA are $89 Honestly I wouldn't run anything but one of the above. Spacers are not something to skimp on...
  19. Whatever spacers you go for just make sure they are anodized and are hub-centric. Spidertrax or Alloy USA is who we'd recommend.
  20. It bolts right on. It has the pipe with the flange on it with the 4 bolts that connect to the factory system. In the photo below it's the shortest piece that is furthest back in the system.
  21. It was a special "package" offered in 1988 due to the Olympics being in the USA. The only thing special about them was that they were offered in a specific colors (white, blue and red) and it had a special gold stripe and decals. I believe it was only offered on the Pioneer models.
  22. Here is a pic of RE's latest project (a MJ). 0" of lift with 34" tires.
  23. The lower shock mount on a YJ is different than your MJ. The MJ uses a bar-pin where the YJ does not. You can use the YJ shock but you'll need to put a bar-pin in it to work on your MJ.
  24. Yes it will bolt in without issues. Just make sure the ratio matches the rear axle.
  25. Unfortunately Hi-Country is no longer in business.
