The J10's have a 5,000 pound tow rating.  The J20s have a little more, maybe up to 10,000 pounds but I can't remember exactly.

 

I had a J10 I was going to make into a tow rig but it was just going to cost way too much to do the upgrades and legally it was still rated at only 5,000 pounds which can be a liability issue.

Turns out this truck is a Honcho. It has the stickers on the lip of the doors, fenders, cab, and bed. It has had a low quality repaint at one point. It

He got the yellow one running and driving, but doesn't think he will sell either now. He wants to use the yellow truck as a nice, restored daily driver and make the orange one a bobber trail rig.

It now is solid fuel lines and he took some headlights out of a 97 header panel that I had, so it now has headlights that aren't busted out.

Update. The vavles were a little sticky and the valve kissed the piston. So, two pushrods got slightly bent. I'll post a picture later.

My dad had some extras from a small block Chevy. Turns out, AMC 360 and small block Chevys have the same pushrods.
