Reupholstered Bench Seat: LIKE NEW! (1987 Comanche)

Recommended Posts

I recently had my bench seat reupholstered.  It was originally black.

I am currently restoring an '87.  If anyone has Honey interior parts (that are in good shape)

I am trying to get all the parts.

Thanks for looking.

Those seats look magnificent!

A question for the experts: my newly acquired time warp 89 SporTruck has basketweave vinyl in the same color - I’ve seen very few pics of this on the net - mine has a large tear which is an eyesore ... has the basket weave got any significance?

Would it be a crime against comanchety to ditch the basketweave & recover like the OP’s? Assuming I could even source replacement basketweave...

If you can remove the fabric without damaging it, you can have piece of mind that it can be returned to stock later on. :L:  then just recover the bench to whatever suits your fancy.

Is that an original 87 bench? I have an 87 as well. I’m new to the Comanche world.
