What Did You Wheel Today?... The Next Greatest Thread On C C

I know what you're thinking. "Next Greatest Thread on CC?!" And you might be right! Don't get me wrong... there's some real heavy hitters here: What Did You Do To Your MJ Today?, Counting With Pictures, Crazy Mad Flex... the list goes on. Granted, these threads are all located in the Popular Threads section and this maybe should've been posted there. However, this is not a popular thread... YET!!! Will it happen? We'll soon find out.

The thought behind this is that while many of us love wheeling, not all of us have the opportunity to take out our trucks and enjoy them for one reason or another. How about we get a little creative? Here's how it works:

  • What did you wheel today?
  • Any special features of this machine?
  • Pictures... because everybody likes pictures.

For example...

  • Craftsman LTX 1000
  • 21.5hp Briggs V-Twin, 42" cutting deck, 15x6.00 front / 20x10.00 rear tires, mild body damage... but chicks dig body damage anyway.

Poser shot to check for binding clearances:

Easy trail riding:

Flexing out:

Even did some rock crawling:

There you have it. Could this be the next greatest thread on CC? Let's see what you've been wheeling today and we'll find out.

I did some rock crawling in the Libby today.  It was just the gravel bits that the construction crews created for business access while they are re-doing the road, but I was in AWD. :D

A drain plug with an oddly sized square hole no American tool will fit in... Damn French

Off topic, but the Dana 30 is an American made axle, and the hole is for use with a standard 3/8" drive ratchet or extension.....

Whoa, hang on. I know it's hard to tell because I had to scale the picture down so much, but that is the back of a peugeot. I would never talk bad about any dana axle, not even a 35.

Wheeled a fork lift today right over a curb. Granted, it wasn't the kind of wheeling that was intentional, but wheeling none the less. Sorry, I didn't manage to grab any pictures... I don't think it was all that much flex anyhow.

Wow that's a long drive to go wheeling!  Are you camping down there?

It's a short drive to South Fork in comparison to the drive to Ouray. We spent a week camping at South Fork. Even went through some of the West Fork Fire damage. Now we are back in the heat and humidity of KS.

I believe he's talking about the tranny drain plug (same as block drain) somewhere between 5/16 & 3/8, never measured it, metric or otherwise.

I'm now wheeling a Kymco mongoose 70cc atv. i bought it for my brothers kids for 200 bucks with the carb acting up. i basically just cleaned it up a bit and runs like a charm. ive been beating down on it all day (though i shouldnt), hill climbs, mud, rock pile, ditches, jumps you name it. so far its been doing good. id buy another if the price was right
