dasbulliwagen
Finally after many months, I got around to adjusting the electric fan controller to turn the fan on at the correct temperature and turn back off. When I first installed it it would come on at 160 and stay on, now, it comes on between 210-215, and shuts off between 190-195. Let me know if you guys don't think this is right, but seems right to me. Its in my 87 2.5.

jeepcoma
Put my MT springs to good use and stuffed the bed full of bricks. Engine didn't even feel the load but the body sure did, now I'm ordering new bushings all around!
deziped
Replaced the w/s wiper mechanism bushings. What a rip off on plastic parts. Cost $13.32 local off the HELP rack, had there been an Advanced Auto Parts store around here I could have got them for $4. On line they wanted $3.69 plus 11.75 S&H. Now I have 3 new bushing left out of the kit that fit on 82-2000 Nissan. Send me $3 and I'll send them to anyone that can use them.

mvusse
Last night (but it was today when I came home) I washed the inside of the windshield with water and a rag, then windexed inside and out and sprayed all the mud out of the bed. Then I went to the drive in to watch Ironman 2. Wasn't sure if we wanted to sit on the cab or the bed, but with the impending thunderstorms we chose for the cab. JeffK
Last night (but it was today when I came home) I washed the inside of the windshield with water and a rag, then windexed inside and out and sprayed all the mud out of the bed. That's cool, the last drive in closed here in Feb.
AMCJeepMJ
Moved it behind the Escape so I could get the Accord (that I never drive and has been sitting in the garage for almost two years with only 44 miles put on it during that time) out of the garage to sell. It sold after being listed on local CL for only 17 hours at $1400. Now I'm down to only three vehicles for the first time in many years. 90 Aerostar went last week, and the 93 Accord went today. $2400 to make the next two and a half months worth of mortgage. AMCJeepMJ
Filled the tank, took it to work, and then to the DMV on the way home to pick up some snazzy new retro-60s themed Pacific Wonderland license plates for the Buick. Lookie like this 'un: Limited run of only 40k statewide, and when they're gone they're gone.

dasbulliwagen
Was informed yesterday that my 86 Mj project vehicle will need to be moved soon from its parking place behind the dealership, so this weekend it will get dragged back in the shop so I can swap the front axles between it and my 87 to continue the 4x4 conversion. I also need to bolt the rear axle back in the 86 as it is curently sitting unbolted over axle out in the parking lot. And the front axle isnt sitting on any springs so it is resting on the bumpstops with its azz in the air! I will be putting my 87's beam axle in the 86 with a set of JK springs Ive had laying around just to see what happens. This truck is too rust free to junk, so Ill have to go begging again to see if I can park it next to the recently aquired 86 Cherokee.
