Do them cluster decals let light though? How are you applying them? If you would like to pm me because that's cool :D it just might take me a while to get back with you I've been crazy busy :( thanks

The stock backing doesnt allow light through so these won't either. The lighting on them isnt affected at all over the stock ones. I am still working out the configuration of them right now so printing them is a ways off. Probably going to use a heavy gloss card stock thats laminated with a sticky back or double sided tape. The screws that hold the oem overlays in place will work just fine if I didnt want to put any adhesive on them. It should look really, really sharp

To me, that's amazing. I'd be interested in buying a set when you think you are finished with the design details.

here's my progress for today. Column is repainted to match the interior changes and the new steering wheel is installed!

You try it with red needles? Would be pretty slick. IMHO.

I thought about it but it doesnt match the rest of what I'm doing. I'm going to see how well the needles are illuminated at night and if need be ill change the colors up. So far its looking promising

Not a problem to make one up. I just have an aftermarket tachometer in mine and my OEM cluster didnt have one. Send me some PM's if you guys want so we keep the thread clutter down :D

Replaced the shredded serpentine belt, and the water pump. Can't believe the water pump was still pumping, the pulley flange and impeller were about to fall off. Also, only two bolts were holding the WP pulley on, and they were about to fall out. Glad I caught it before all hell broke loose. The biggest pain in the butt was getting the cooling system burped, took a while but all's well now.

Drove it home FINALLY jamminz.gifjamminz.gif

Brought it in 4th of July weekend for some serious repairs to the floor and rocker panels and it was finished and paid for TODAY!

More details and pics later but just glad to have it back! So now I can start looking for the replacement rugs and bench. Oh and the bed sides are rotting away still so that needs a fix or replacement, plus total underside rustproofing before the winter. And the slack in the drivetrain didn't fix itself, or the shuddering when letting the clutch out from a stop. Plus all those engine gaskets and harmonic damper I bought three months ago and haven't had a chance to install yet. New clutch, new flywheel, new... wait! This sucks!! :fs1:

Always glad to have a Jeep project to look forward too.

Pulled the bench seat and installed a set of buckets from 91 MJ. In the process discovered the front inside mounting pad is sunk into the floor, collects water and rusts.
