If your camber if off you either have bad balljoints, bad wheelbearings or a bent axle. Inspect everything carefully.

You can also get larger wheel cylinders for more stopping power.

I have heard some good things about '93-'97 LT-1 SBC injectors. They have 6 nozzles and have the same flow rates as '91 and newer 4.0 HO engines.

I use slush mats from Target. They are the trim to fit style. With minimal triming they fit and work great.

You gotta love the cold weather... It was -2 degrees here this morning. My 8 year old Optima has no problem spinning over the engine. It doesn't crank any slower now then it does on a warm day. My coolant is good to -30 degrees :brows: I never did check the MJ Pat sold me... I'm swapping in a '95 4.0HO so I'm not too concerned. I checked the wifes tires tonight and they were all about 10psi low because of the cold weather. They did have a pretty good footprint when they were low. :roll:

Assemble it just like it will be when it's put together, just leave out the pinion seal and reuse the old pinion nut if its ok. Once preload is set remove the yoke install the new seal and reassemble it using the new nut. Not all D35's are C-clip axles you'll have to pull your cover to see what you have. Use good high temp RTV instead of a gasket I use grey mopar without any problems. I also use 75w-140 synthetic gear lube. The stock pinion is probably marked to show how far off it is so it gets shimmed right. If your new pinion is marked just change the shims by the difference between the two. The if the marking is +.002 on your old pinion and the new one is marked -.001 you would add .003 to get the correct pinion depth.

Still wondering which rear disc style are you going to use? With the internal drum emergency brakes like a ZJ or 8.8 or just a rotor/caliper set-up?

Nice truck. The engine looks like a HO to me.

It took me about an hour to put M.O.R.E. rubber mounts in my XJ. The drivers side wasn't that hard. I will never use any other mounts. The M.O.R.E. mounts are great.
