Well after countless hours, a long weekend and help from some great friends my MJ is back on the road.....ill get some final pics after i give it a well deserved bath but the Interior has been givin a new life, and the exterior never looked this good as long as i owned the truck. here's some shots i took before reassembly, I'm very happy i got to take part in the whole project, it makes me respect my truck that much more :yes: Herculined Interior Repaired and revamped exterior
  8. Finished my extended weekend project of Restoring the floor and bedsides! Pics in my Project section
  9. Yes bad tires have been known to cause shimmy/vibration issues in many cases

  11. Replaced Bedsides, Got most all the floors welded it and got my truck 1 step closer to being back on the Road
  12. Well a hard weekend of patching and Amature Body work is slowly paying off, Floors are in and solid once again and the Bedsides are patched, puttyed and sanded down. Keep in mind myself and my 2 friends that helped me have no bodywork experience and were all very pleased with the outcome :cheers: Now all thats left is primer and pait for the bedsides and POR-15 and Bedliner for the inside....I'm also Bedlining the lower portion and rockers on the truck thats why its scuffed up as well .....Finally some progress
  13. No i believe Jeep went to a 5x5.5 bolt pattern on the Wranglers in 2007 The MJ has a 5x4.5 pattern.

  15. I'm still planning to follow Taz's plan with the Hell Creek rear springs and a RE 3.5 kit up front. Anyone run Teraflex Revolver shackles on their MJ?
  16. Well its now 2 weeks later and I'm still floorless, my Cousin had some things come up but I'm now gonna tackle the job with 1 of my friends this weekend after he finishes his YJ tube fenders. Hopefully by this time next week ill be back driving my MJ ....I love my XJ 2 but its just not the same :rotfl2:

Here are my fimilies 2 Dogs, Cody and Cyrus Cody is around 9 years old, weve had him since he was about 2 and Cyrus we go at just 4 weeks and he's now a bit bigger than in the picture now about 6 months old. Their both Awesome dogs and Cody even loves to goto my shop where i work with me and hang out as well during the day.

  21. Alright....ive removed my rear flares in prep for bedside repairs and of course all but 1 of my studs/nuts snapped off......is it best to buy new 1s or am i stuck tryin 2 "rebuild" mine. Thanks!
  22. :rotf: I thought that looked cool 2. Acctually its just a blue cover but the Flash on the camera makes it appear lighted, it would be cool though
  23. Only problem i have is i don't have an adequite (sp?) Air Compressor for running a spray gun.....thats why i was looking into a brush on type liner :dunno:
  24. ripped out my interior in preperation for full Rust Repair War this weekend! :wrench:
