its not as simple as that. the tax free break only works if you stay out of the country for most of the year, you can't be in nigeria then come back every month like that, there is only a certain amount of days you can come back home and still keep the tax exempt status. i know this because my brother works in iraq, and he is allowed to come back into the country, but he can't come back whenever he wants, if he stays for too many days has has to pay taxes. it sucks. and if your making 30k a month and paying taxes on that would be hell. and its never as good as it seems. you going there and making that much money is HAZARD pay, because you can get killed etc

if your just using if for gas mileage, and not modding it for speed why don't you get a honda civic, easy to work on and at least 30 mpg city :cheers:

i don't understand? you could get a tpi setup off a newer camaro or even a throttle body injection setup. i know they make kits and stuff for them, but kinda pricey. a tuned carbg will be 90% as good as a fuel injection kit

for 300 bucks i would give it a shot. heck if it lasts 2 years with regular maintenance its worth it in my book

the 6.1 is a ton more money than a 5.7 a ton more money. and a 5.7 isn't cheap ;)

yeah cutting it up to fit tires 33's will be easy with about 3'' lift. i had 6.5'' lift on my xj and i hit at full stuff, but i didn't have anything cut. i could easily have cleared 35's with some cutting.

did they do anything to the engine computer? i know mopar had a performance pcm for the renix setup and supposedly it gave the engine a lot of power

you could find a decent cherokee and steal the rear quarters, and modify the wheel wells to fit the manche.

i used duplicolor on my cherokee on the flares and rockers. it came in a spray can and worked great :cheers:

i don't think rubicon axles can hold up to 35's and "burnouts" for too long. :roll:

the cherokee is huge and looks awesome. some decent looking girls too :brows: there are somo old cjs floating around that were aircraft tugs. came with a diesel too ;)

that truck isn't even that great. the jt brown jeep truck concept is waaaay better looking and i am sure a lot closer to production than that ever wil be
