xj's are real jeeps. and it took a while to find that out but they can do anything a wrangle can do. even have removalbe hardtops and all kinds of crazy stuff. but lets face it it was the last real "jeep" besides a wrangler. everything now is ifs :cry: but libbys are really sweet when done up right with a solid axle conversion

yeah not a fan of chains, but they do work if you got a really good one. but a broken strap will do less damage tham a broken chain.

my bro just hacked them off with a cutoff wheel. its an off roader it doesn't need to be pretty, just usable

check everything, its only gonna get worse. if it happens once its gonna happen again. check the tie rods, track bar, all bushings, even get the alignment checked. the tires can even cause it. its not just a track bar issue like most people say. its fukin evil :hateputers:

well i finally found some info on them. supposed to go onsale sept 1st this year :cheers: but only in 17'' and up rim sizes :headpop: but 15's and 16's will be coming next year

did anyone see the new petersons mag wit hthe maroon jk on the cover? on the back cover it has the bfg add and instead of the krawler it has a new m/t that looks just like the krawler, but with some siping. looks freakin sweet, but there is no info i could find on it at all :nuts:

the rustys setup looks pretty nice, i would run it. buit definatly the best setup is the hd jcr one. they make some great quality products, and definatly beefy

i like procomp straps. they are a nice soft silver material with leather loops. they are also rated more than most any other tow straps. the 2'' is almost as strong as everone elses 3''. i have a 2''x20 foot one and i love it, but i am gonna get a 3''x30' one because 20 feet is too short ;)

that is pretty sweet. i wonder how they got it that low and able to handle good. :eek:

i like but i hear they have some vibration issues due to thetorque converter locking up. i can't remember what it is exactly but chrylser isn't doing anything to fix it either
