To pull the tilt pins just get a couple of 2" or so machine screws/bolts. Whatever size screws fit the hole in the pin. run a couple nuts down the screw & put a couple washers on it. Stick this thru a small short socket just a tad bit bigger than the dia. of the pin. Screw it into the pin . Hold the screw from turning with vise grips and crank the lil nuts down together & shaaazam the pin pulls into the socket & its out. I've done this a couple times & it works well. Don't waste your money on the GM tool. It helps to hit the pins with a shot of PB Blaster a head of time also.

I have the pin in my hand. It mic out to .250-252 or so. Mine is a hair outa shape from being punched out. I picked up a couple 1/4" grade 5 bolts & after cleaning up the pin holes with a !/4" bit they dropped right in. If you can find em 6mm would fit fine.

Running autopals (80/100watt) for about a year on DD. Run Hi & Lo relays directly off distribution block on 10 ga wire, using R side OEM light connector only to trip relays. Puts a lot of light on the road. What a diff.

The owner has had it since 94 as 2nd owner. Has around 140k's on it. Says it has no mechanical problems & no rust(Uh-huh), but I'll look under the carpet. Only driven few times in last 5 years (he can't shift-knee surgery prob). Asking $2200. Thats to high for me so I'm going to offer him $900. Wheels & tires are worth 1/2 that. See where that goes. .
