  1. Funny you guys mention it. Saw it at work a few months ago. I'd drive it.
  2. The wife dragged me to a handful of antique shops on our way back from vacation today. Found this little guy, Rhino grille and an awesome tailgate. It was $25 (What a ripoff) but I had to have it. My wife took the pictures as part of her "365", a picture a day project she's been working on. I just thought you guys might get a kick out of it. Sorry if you're disappointed in the subject matter after such an exciting title.
  3. That's pretty cool making a Throttle-body injected 4.2. It were me however, I would have just got a 4.0 YJ.

  5. You don't get AIDS from a female hooker. And an expensive hooker is always better than the cheap one. You get what you pay for.
  6. What about the shiny red paint job? In my opinion they deserve a big bonus, because my Lincoln is amazing. You get what you pay for.
  7. Its obviously a horizontal tornado. We get a lot of those here in Washington.
  8. 33s with with ~2.5" of lift. Front fender has major trimming, and the inner fender was opened up front and back. Rear was typical cut/fold and still rubs wheeling, but I'm going to be opening up the rear after I move.

  10. I have to "Request Access". That sucks, because if it's up to Eagle, I'll never get to see it. :hateputers:
  11. It's super cheap to get a driveshaft shortened. I had it done for like $30 at Six States. Shorted, balanced, and they even cleaned and painted it!
  12. Wow. I'm sorry, but that is the worst setup I have ever seen. Unless I'm missing something in the pictures, it looks like you are running a 2-link with a trac/panhard bar, and a traction bar. You used the factory leaf mounts for your frame-side link mounts, another fail, and your tracbar appears to have bushings at both ends, okay whatever, but the frame-side mount is welded to sheetmetal. Do the airbags have built in bumpstops? Have you driven this on the street? If you do, I feel like I should alert the people of St. Paul. Either way, it won't last long like that.

    600k plus miles

I wonder what condition the door hinges are in.
  14. You just started this project, and already things are going downhill.
  15. What's your budget? One locker can cost $200-$1000. (I'm not counting a "Lincoln locker" as a locker, because those are for dumb rednecks.)
  16. We've got a very active group on NAXJA, with at least one run a month. Plus a great classifieds section! Be sure a check us out, that's where all the cool kids in the NW hangout. www.naxja.org/nwc See ya there!
  17. Logged onto the site today, and saw 3 threads where they're shamelessly promoting themselves. Am I really the only one that notices? Hellcreek doesn't post in every spring-related thread recommending their product. If I had a business, would it be okay for me to plug my company and products all the time, I don't think so. They are lot's of vendors on lots of forums that I have seen, and this is the only instance where something like this is tolerated. Is Motion Offroad making a significant contribution ($) to the club that it's members aren't aware of? I don't think I need to drag up their reputation from other forums, again. I just don't understand why this continues to happen, seemingly unnoticed.
  18. I made these for about $30. Plus they will work for whatever height your at, just get a different length all-thread. Ignore the bracket on the swaybar, that was temporary for when I was a stock height, I've since changed it, but don't have a pic.
  19. :rotfl2: I was thinking the same thing.
  20. Yeah, he did roll it. Then he bought an 89 and set about building the same truck. He said he's swapping in a 60 rear and sye then heading to the rubicon.

    NAXJA NW Fest

I'll be there, so come out and you might get to meet me.
  22. Got these from the guy I sold my MJ to. The guy literally built the same truck. Amazing.
  23. I've only had bad experiances with red-tops, every NAPA brand battery I've ever bought has been reliable as hell. I'm going to get a yellow-top here shortly.
  24. A sidearm. Zombies could be just around the corner.
  25. Holy hell! What a POS. I was excited to see it, but now I regret looking. A guy I used to work with built a trike with a 22r, it looked pretty cool. I wonder what its like to pilot that ship.
