  1. 3UR-FE, now that would be sweet in an MJ (if it could fit, lol) Any Gm motor swap would be best, just because of the aftermarket support....
  2. Well I got bored and decided to improve on my crappy photoshop skills. I want to see a what a nicely lowered comanche would look like (since everyone is lifted :D ) So after many screw ups I think I finally got it So here Is my very first photo shopped pic ever... Image Not Found So what do you all think?
  3. I think just getting your PCM re-flashed would be good for what your doing, since you probably can't run more then 8psi? But first get a wide band...
  4. I just didn't see it on your list, and what are your plans for tuning?
  5. I looked for a little while and had no Idea what type of fabric and the colour, Since I know absolutely nothing about fabric. :laughin:
  6. Welcome. :waving: I'd say you got a good buy.. But the first thing to do is check your floors for rust.
  7. Well my question is where did you get the fabric for your headliner to match the sun visors? I looked all around Town and couldn't find anything that matched so I went with black and don"t like it at all. Did you order the fabric on the Internet? Any help would be great... Thanks.
  8. So today after work I decided to go to the JY and what do I find a COMANCHE!!!! first one I have seen in that JY in almost 4 years... But it is completely rotted out the worst I have ever seen, even worst the 2 I had break in half. It's a 91 2wd, aw4, Dana 35 with 238,XXXk I am going back tomorrow to get the rear bumper which isn't rusted or bent. :D And the rear window and some other MJ stuff, so if anybody wants anything from it let me know... Now to the Pictures! Image Not Found Image Not Found IMG][/img] Image Not Found
  9. Stock Injectors? Check the Injector plugs and your timing, and if its running really rich you"ll smell it...
  10. Buy a Dakota frame, Cut the MJ cab off and make yourself a fully framed Comanche :brows: Or just part it out....
  11. Ya $250 is about all you'll get out of it, Its too bad Jeep people are cheap...
  12. The 97+ swap is really easy but, In your case I'd use the 91 MJ and fix the 98 and sell it then spend the money on your MJ ;)
  13. What did you gap them too?
  14. So I actually have a update!!! :D Well I never realized how much dirt, sand and salt can get in your frame rails so I pulled part of the rear frame off and emptied the dirt out I couldn't believe there was 35lbs!!!!! Then I painted and oiled the inside and welded some new metal in. I also finally finished the 8.8, I just waited so long since I wanted brakes for my birthday, lol and since the ford flex line was wrecked I used 2 passenger side flex lines and the D35 Flex line.... Its hard to see how much crud was actually in there Image Not Found Image Not Found Image Not Found Image Not Found Image Not Found And tonight I filled the 8.8 with gear oil, so thats all for now, Cheers.
  15. sounds like spark plugs to me...
  16. First thing to do is toss the vacuumm disconnect and atleast upgrade your gears to 3.55's... and lsd but for a good DD 3 inch would be good on road and off road, and cheap
  17. How did you adjust your A/F ratio?
  18. I wouldn't worry if its bent , I think every MJ is... :D That's why they never sit level, lol
  19. Lately I haven't done much to the MJ, but I have made my own disconnects, got a brand new hitch for $50, a windshield for free, I also picked up a set of Toyota 4 pot calipers, and today I actually worked on the comanche and got the tranny cooler done along with the fuel lines... hopefully I can get this thing done sometime in October and put it on the road, and start building my talon in the winter. and I got my intake done too.. Now to the PICTURES!!!!!! :rotfl2: Image Not Found Image Not Found Image Not Found Image Not Found Image Not Found And finally the car that needs a new part every time you drive it.. Image Not Found
  20. You built the exact cage I've been thinking about, I just didn't know how to mount the front... Looks awesome but know if I do the cage I feel Ill be copying your truck, lol
  21. Why are you spending money on the 2.8?
  22. For the transmission use GM synchromesh, It's expensive but well worth it..
