  1. Maybe for the cigarette lighter light?
  2. have you tried this one? http://comancheclub.com/topic/49743-black-interior-trim-pieces-maine/ Edit: Never mind, now I see you already asked. :dunce:
  3. Those speakers were XJ only, the MJ harness does not have provisions for them but they're easy to splice in.
  4. HA! It's blue because the bulb gives off yellow light resulting in a green light matching the switches and heat control panel. If you use a white LED in any of them it will result in blue illumination.
  5. Knee panel speakers?
  6. Hey Don, nice table! From what I remember, just pulling the knee panel is all that's required.
  7. It should be two wires, one black one orange with a connector that fits this:
  8. That is NICE!!! It was a $120.93 option, PN 8982200689.
  9. If only they could spell Comanche.
  10. I have them on mine. I think I have an extra one, PM an address and it's yours, assuming I find it.
  11. Senses vibration, the hole it screws into is a dead hole. Edit: What? Something RENIX that's useful?? :)

    Can't win

Just add it to your three MJs (now four) for $2K deal. :) My wife says don't blame yourself, it's a disease.
  13. Here are some pics that should point you in the right direction. I'm including the parts list so you can see all the parts and the bracket SVPete is talking about. If you cannot find the bracket, the harness halves have orifices where they connect that zip ties can be passed through to hold the two together better. Also, the rear valve cover line should go into the intake manifold in front of the throttle body. Let me know if you need specific views.
  14. If I were you I would buy the whole vacuum harness and replace what's there. All the hookups would be almost obvious. The NAPA numbers are: 7151367 from valve cover to connector/intake/pressure regulator/EGR pressure transducer 7151366 from connector to airbox/EGR solenoid 7151365 from valve cover to manifold Dorman also makes them. It looks like you also need the EGR pressure transducer (I'm on mobile and can't enlarge your pics). I can take more pictures of mine tomorrow in the daylight if you want.
  15. Actually, thank my wife.
  16. ...Triumphs, damn spellchecker!!!
  17. Nope, my Spinnaker Blue Metallic ('90) and Colorado Red ('89) both had major clear coat peeling.
  18. I remember seeing one new at the dealer (Codorolli Motors) in Livermore, CA. It had the Big Ton (Metric Ton???) package, but alas I had my '90 already.
  19. That's a great deal! Around here they want $100 to coat one wheel, I need to find another place.
  20. That happens to mine every time I get tires installed/rotated when they lift from the frame and let the axels drop. Now I watch and as they start lowering the vehicle I make them stop, then I get in there and push the valve to the correct location as they drop it.
  21. I believe these came on some '86 MJs. I found one at the JY and have it on my '89 long bed. The keyhole slots that the rods sit in are not accessible and are in the wrong location relative to the spare in the SWB.
  22. Don't want the hot California sun damaging my dash. ;)
  23. Option C: keep the MJ, work on it as needed AND buy a Tundra for whatever the MJ "can't" do.
  24. Thanks Don. I had a hard time matching the Laredo argent, close but not quite the same, however I couldn't bring myself to paint over the stock dash panel. Hard to tell in the pic but I also painted the top part of the console and cup holder to give that silver on black look.
