If you need all the pipes, most people go with Walker. I like the stainless Magnaflow mufflers and cat if needed.

I would try to use the four attachments points that bolt it to the fenders, that way no fasteners/brackets are visible.

If it was just the oil pan gasket, replacing the RMS is a good idea while you're in there anyway.
