Was visiting my BIL in Calgary Canada and one of his neighbors has one. It's a black one with no rear bumper I think. Missed the opportunity to get a picture of it🥲
I have a list somewhere... Eagle and clegg engine both have good options. For the cam, pick the most extreme one newcomer has but it's gonna suck to drive with a manual. Should be good for around 4-500 crank hp

I am also having issues with the surging idle. I know it's not: fuel pump, filter or injectors. I am going to rent a fuel pressure testing kit and see if that changes when the idle dips. Please update this thread if you happen to fix the surging idle.
Imho the closed system is fine, as long as everything is functioning properly. I've had my comanche for a year and it has never overheated, except that one time the shop I used flushed the coolant and didn't burp the system🤬
That makes me feel better. I thought there was something wrong with my truck.
^^^these are the ones you want. Guaranteed to work. eBay knockoffs not so much. Got my knockoffs from Amazon and made my truck run way too rich, and and a terrible idle. Dropped my milage 3 mpg!
I think you will also need a new pilot bushing.

This is the part number: PB-7501357
It's the last one on the list
I've got a knocking coming from the front of my truck. It only does it when going over bumps or turning. I took the passenger side wheel off and spun the hub and I could a very slight knock when I changed the direction the hub was spinning. Before I tear everything apart, is it likely that my wheel bearings are going out? It first started knocking about 2 weeks ago on the passenger side and just started doing on the driver's side.
