  1. Is this the kit you got? If not, could you post a link to the one you ordered? https://www.summitracing.com/parts/pqp-dk-6110-84/year/1989/make/jeep/model/comanche
  2. @tdtony Where did you get your injectors from? Have you figured out your issues yet?
  3. Refurbished injectors from Trevor at skankfoot racing fixed my idle issue completely. Pretty sure I am getting better fuel mileage as well
  4. If I still have the EGR relay, could that affect runability?
  5. A porcupine isn't a prick all the time?
  6. Rumor has it that bmw YouTube channel has a video about using turn signals. It has zero views..
  7. Only weak point now is injectors. I'm going to go with some of Trevor's injectors and see what happens.
  8. Put some miles on it and my fuel economy is worse not better. The idle issue seems to have improved, although it still sometimes almost dies. What next?
  9. I believe it fixed my issue? I'll have to put some miles on it and follow up.
  10. Was just checking for a vacuum leak... This is my MAP hose. Think it has anything to do with the problem?
  11. It has a '99+ plenum style intake manifold and a pacesetter 6-2-1 header. So no provisions for egr were made.
  12. Also saw this for sale, didn't grab it in time. Wish I could've🙁 Check out this item on OfferUp. https://offerup.co/y2Nb44uMiCb
  13. I've been meaning to post in this thread. Saw a mj going north on marine view drive into des Moines WA, looked lifted with big tires, only got a quick glance but it looked a bit beat up. I was driving my mj. I think it was purplish? Couldn't really tell.
  14. Loving the tow mirrors! How are they for visibility? Beautiful truck btw 🤩🤩
  15. Looks like it. There is a plug in the header where I think it would go.
  16. My egr was cut off by the previous owner...
  17. So I bought a new TPS for my renix truck. Previous owner installed HO head, intake manifold, and throttle body. He also somehow wired up an HO tps. I replaced it with a renix TPS and there was no way in hell I am paying $85 for 3 simple pieces of aluminum to adapt my renix TPS to an ho throttle body. So what you do is weld 3 nuts together that the TPS bolt can slide through easily. I used 1/4-20 nuts and drilled them out just a tad. You need to make 2 of these. They are spacers that put the TPS out from the throttle body so that the arm doesn't hit the throttle body. Then, I welded a small m3 machine screw to the end of the butterfly arm. I held it where I wanted it with the ground clamp. Then I cut off the excess. An easy way to adjust it is to heat up the machine screw you welded and bend it up to get the voltage where you want it. You will also need two 10-32 x 2" long machine screws to account for the added length. This will allow you to properly attach the TPS to the throttle body. Finally cost: $1.10 + 30 min of my time Final product: PXL_20230811_175644463.TS.mp4
  18. I am looking into it. Can I test the egr valve with an air compressor?
  19. How does it do at 2k rpm steady? Same issues?
  20. I am having the same issue, done everything you have, and replaced my O2 sensor, IAC, TPS and fuel pump/filter. Haven't replaced injectors yet, doesn't sound like that is the issue.
  21. I figured it out. The wires were backwards🤦🏼‍♂️🤦🏼‍♂️🙄
  22. Alright so I replaced my TPS. I also had to replace the TPS connector. With the connector unplugged, positive on "A" and negative on "B", it reads 4.98v. however as soon as I plug it in to the TPS, it goes to 3.08v. and if I move the TPS arm to where it would be at WOT, it finished up at 0.83 v. Any suggestions?
