make two circles instead of a treaded bolt on the other end. or thats what i got from what he said.

i just noticed, why do you have two overload leafs??? i know the HC 4.5 leafs had one, so where did that second come from?
-
they're just tail lights people!
-
just call DMV yourself...?. they should give you the basics. before i bought mine i called DMV and had them run the vin. great way to make sure no ones f-ing you over with leans or anything against the truck. especially buying off CL. just a tip for those trusting people out there

i think i saw a MJ in there but couldnt be sure...we need more video ;)

The difference in length on the LCA's from a 4.5" (16.5") to a 6.5" (17.0") lift is only 0.5" in length in regards to control arms. You can make up a good portion of that 0.5" of length with the factory adjusters/shims on the control arm mounts. did not know :fool:

well i typed in this whole thing and then it didnt post. oh well here's basicly what i said with that kit you shouldnt of even run the shackle because its meant to give even more lift. i used it only because i took out the overload leaf in my leaf pack and only went with the one inch mark to get it back to 4.5. if anything just put it in the first hole on that shackle since you have no others to use. that might give you the extra inch to at least get the shocks on but id try to find a standard shackle to put back on. also why are your shocks mounted upside down? i did the same thing but switched them around and man you can really tell the ride difference. as for the pucks. i wouldnt "puck up" with the fixed LCAs you have that came with that kit. they are in no way long enough to account for six plus inches let alone the four and half you have now. get adjustable ones and id say go for it but for right now, just lower the rear back down to 4.5. its enough to have some fun with

I'm just glad (for once) its the south. everybody here is pretty much laid back. sure everybody is up everybody elses @$$ all the time but hell that just seems like life doesnt it. plus its good to know people. one day you might be in a situation where knowing or not knowing one person could make a difference. ive been there, and glad i did. damn. i drive my maxima with no hood on it and i never get stopped for it. ever. i could prolly put 40s on my Mj and no one would say sh*t. i mean theres just no laws like what all you guys have down here. and if there is, like i said before its the south. its all in good fun haha

don't get me wrong, i like the front pre-runner fenders. even thought about getting some at one point. its just the rear that doesn't do it for me..and maybe those bug eye headlights but i bet the finished project will be killer

its ugly as hell but when everything is done, it might be okay. they should of went the other way with it first though. performance then looks.

so i was out wheelin' on some property right next to my house/trail property, just seeing if there was anything "fun" to drive on/through and as I'm driving out i see the cops. i think, "s**t, well we're cool so they won't stop."........wrong. as soon as they see me they throw it in reverse and damn near floored it. I'm thinking now, "f**k, i didnt do anything! lol" they wait for me to get to the road. i pull up. first thing Brian says to me, "is that the truck that'll go up and over that hill?" i was stunned. i mean i know the other two local cops good but this guy i don't know well at all. i sit and think and say, "what you mean the train tracks?" he says "yeah". i look at him and go "sometimes". as soon as i said that he quickly said, in a excited voice, "let me see it!" i couldnt believe my ears. i asked "you serious?" again he quickly says yes. so of course i did it but still i couldnt believe it. he's know for being an a$$hole but looks like now ive got all three locals in my pocket. i guess when your the only lifted jeep around and willing to put it through the paces, you get more attention then you know

i don't know about anyone else but that table made me think stoner. don't know why :chillin:

sweet! I'm glad they're working as supposed to. thanks for the link and info about those replacement ones  i might have to give those a try, since both of mine have broken clips and just hang there half the time.

where can i buy a set to replace my current dome lights? I'm not looking to change out the style or add LED, i just want a straight replacement that doesnt involve me going to the JY. secondly, arent they just supposed to come on when you open the door? ive never had them working until now but they only want to come on when they're pushed facing down or up.

i just got sick. you have not only a white Mj but a two door black Xj with rear pop outs and butterfly windows. i officially hate you :fs1: :D nice rides man
-
oh man i am right there with you. there are two, TWO Mjs i can get for under a grand. both run, both 2wd. one has the 4.0, the other a 4 banger. both 5spd. both have little rust. I'm seriously thinking about it but i really need to finish the one i have now :wall: i figured if the guy doesnt sell it before i get another pay check, its mine come this saturday

I'm still going with track bar as the cause. when i lifted mine i knew my ball joints were shot on the drivers side but i didnt replace them. i didnt run a trac bar for awhile because i mainly stayed offroad and less then ten mph. i eventually put it on and drove it as my DD. no DW. i ended up breaking that bar and had to drive a ways back home and boom, DW. got a new bar, put it on, started to be my DD again. no DW. all this with bad ball joints and I'm sure my steering box is f**ked too. well that bar stripped out and then, you guessed it, had DW again. even with all those other problems i KNOW i have, they didnt seem to contribute to DW. i mean i didnt even get a shimmy :dunno: oh and did i mention i never got it aligned at ANY point during all this. i did have the tires balanced but thats it. i guess everything just canceled each other out or something but I'm telling you if you would of got that track bar first, it would of been gone. thats just my crazy theory but then again ive got the p.o.s outside to prove it

didnt he roll it at one point or no? id like to see better pics of that front bumper. thought about buying one if thats the one from JCR
-
that thing is a street designed off-road truck, which makes no sense at all :shake: i like the three air vents (?) in the front and the bed mounted tire has my attention too
-
hell yeah! where are you going to be moving to?
-
me, i love going to the dentist. not because i have perfect teeth (i don't) but because all the people that work there are super hot chicks with their tits hanging out and don't mind throwing them all over you to get to those waaayyyy back spots :brows:
-
hmm wow. as crazy as this might sound, i wasnt trying to be a prick but nobody wants to help somebody who doesnt help themselves. especially on something as easy as a search but here let me stop getting ready for work to see if i still have that f*ckin email for you.........from the looks of it the part number ive got is TS199 but i can only hope its the wrong part :waving: jk it should be the right one :D
-
damn i don't feel so bad now that ive seen your banged in bedside Mvusse lol. you know its just one of those things that happens when you off-road but it still sucks when it does. especially since MJs arent just driving around everywhere like XJs are. does anybody on here have a flatbed/bedless kind of thing going on? id like to get some ideas for the future
-
hey pretty cool but i think my camo is better :D ;) jk. yours makes me think duck hunting whats the blue thing back there? XJ? MJ?
-
thats the first thing i thought, "please tree please don't take out my tail light!"
