damn see and I'm letting go (its not going anywhere) a Sport truck 2x4, 4 banger, dana 35, manny trans, slight front end damage nothing major just because theres few things i could use off it. has surface rust underneath but nothing seriously ate. would it be worth it???? i could get it next to nothing also theres a 87 4x4 4.0 sport truck, side front end damage, nothing major, with the parts to fix it, missing steering box and something else and floor rust for 500. plus id have to go get it two hours away. the 4.0 won't get spark so it won't fire. would that one be worth it to yall??? I'm thinking they both would be but my Mj is far from perfect right now, so would spending the time and money on one or both of these really be worth it. its a thinker but idk

i was just talking about this. what i want to know is or where i can find information on,,,, is it legal to cruise around in the MJ without my doors? I'm sure i wouldnt get much hassel around here but you never know other then that, i can't find a tube door i like either. they all just look the same to me. so far half doors seem like the best way to go but with another set of doors :D

if the price is right i am. that style just has more of an old school feel

where did you get one like that?! i really hate the red outlines on my new gauge cluster, but it still beats dummy lights i guess. also hell forget the PRNDL thing all togther. why cut up a good looking cluster, just go by clicks when you shift. three and your in OD. $#!& ive gotten so used to where the lever sits when its in drive, i just pull it down instinctively.

damn looks like I'm going to have to take the Mj up that way next time i go.

i got the short end of the stick again. only thing i got for my MJ was a cb radio. i wasnt looking to get one just yet (i needed other things more) but i appreciated the thought :thumbsup: my xmas might not of been what i wanted it to be but at least i made everyones year this year with my gifts

ive seen but don't know about that kit. looks solid. at least that sh*tload of flex will get you through the light stuff with no problem. go extreme and you might be doing the one wheel dance more then you'd like.

used it as a plow to re-open my trail half way. then took my friend for a ride :yes: needless to say, he was scared sh*tless :rotf: now he realizes what he calls "off-roading" is more like driving through puddles and over dirt curbs

didnt they go to full windows later on, so I'm thinking that won't work. just go to a JY and youll be fixed up in no time, for cheap. if you have a standard color just swipe a whole door of a cherokee.

those exhaust pipes are retarded. pretty much the whole after market thing is with it.

^^^ thats what i get :roll: well whatever i bought thinking it was the CTS it can't be. it wouldnt even fit in that little hole and the plugs are all wrong if it just slides on like that. i bought the oil pressure deal at autozone so hopefully its the right one. do i just need to buy a new CTS from somewhere? where did you buy yours from? EDIT: i got the oil pressure switch in and it works great. that thing did not want to come out but i got it. so now the only gauge left is the coolant one. i figured out why mine wouldnt work with it......because i ordered the wrong one from rock auto! lmao :doh: new is going to be on its way monday and ill be set!

ive searched but turned up nothing on how to go about it. i bought a oil pressure switch from autozone and that thing is huge! i got the one for the gauges (which i found, finally) but if I'm supposed to install it down by the oil filter, do i just unplug that wire and unbolt that thing or what. :hmm: also the coolant temp sensor. the haynes and some say it goes in the thermostat and others at the back of the engine somewhere. my thing is which is easier. can i just plug and bolt it in the back of the engine and itll work just as good as the thermostat way? where exactly is the spot in the back, i know some of you guys told me and ive read but just can't figure it out either. :dunce: anyway i lucked out at a huge u-pull-it place and found ONE 88 cherokee. unreal. i figured there would be lots but all they had were mostly 90 somethings and up. grabbed it along with a few other small things. came home and cleaned off, what i suspect, was blood. :ack: it looks great and all but those two gauges are working, so any help would be mucho appreciated :yes: oh yeah and on my way home i was b*tching about how there are no comanches anywhere. i looked over and theres a damn comanche pioneer! black, awsome grey graphics and huge lesbian driver. i was going to try to pull them over to ask to sell but honestly, she scared me :peek: :rotf:

ordered a temp sensor and i was expecting one with a new cable but got this :dunno:

i didnt go to bare metal. just a quick clean with acetone inside the cab and just with soap and water around the rockers which already had bedliner on them. the only part thats NOW starting to peel is where the front wheels throw mud and other crap right on my truck (no fender flares). the rest is fading to grey since i didnt cover it up with a bedliner or what have you but for fifty bucks you can't go wrong with the stuff. and yes don't get it on you. my hands and arms had black patches all over them and it didnt come off for like two weeks or so.

hm it took me right to the ball joint page. its www.autopartsexpress.com part number K3137T or K7043 for lower and upper is K3134T like i said the site its self said these would work with my manche but id like to be 100%. i found the site through searching posts here but the ball joints whoever it was had said different years.
