i cut deals all the time for my fellow jeep club members if i have stuff to sell. i usually go to them first and if it doesnt sell then its on CL. even being nice to fellow members they try to lowball and i just be nice and say can't do it for that low. they usually pay the asking price after that. now for people on CL lowballing i tell them to get @#$%ed real quick. they either, don't reply back or come back with asking price or a damn close.

it has begun. bom bom bom :D my fuel pump won't prime now that ive put the tank back in ( with 2x4s). its really starting to piss me off. it worked one time since. i know everything is how it should be, er, i guess not but i don't know what the hell it is.

x2 on what jim said. when you start it up (for the first time) pop the hood and watch it as it warms up. you should be able to spot the leak before it gets all over the place

i thought those came on most MJs..? mine has one and so have several others ive seen around here

my local club is planning this same trip. most want to go in june, i say september. its about a grand in fuel alone for me to get there and back and maybe a few tanks in MJ for the whole trip. camping plus grilling out is what id be doing to try to save some cash. id also say stay away from other planned events. way too many people to actually get in some decent trail time. i want to say I'm in but in all honesty, ill know probably a month in advance if i can make it.

RK 3 link here and love it. i beat the $#!& out of them (slammed down on them and used as sliders) and they're still holding up great. a little pricey but i like piece of mind when in a boulder field

x2 on the RK bomb proof. ive ran it for about two years now (6.5 lift) with zero issues. its made from solid steel unlike hollow tube ones. it comes with a new drop bracket thats beefy as hell and all the bolts of course. you have to drill out the axle side for the bigger bolt to fit but thats no biggie. just remember to lock tight those bolts! and i mean every one on there

i can agree with this whole thread just about. ive looked into the sites before and man it was terrible. 90% ugly people. then the ones that arent, are either crazy or have kids. PASS. i will say though, it is very easy to get laid from using it. i mean most people are at the end of trying or are home bodies and just want to get laid. works out well if thats what your after.

good stuff. i knew your MJ was nice but i guess ive forgotten how nice it was.

the bottom line is, where ever has the lowest price for the parts i want. however, 4wd hardware does offer a CC discount though..

id go local offroad forum / CL for the sell and as far as price, look up retail and take off due to wear from there.

thats such a good looking truck but i cringe everytime i see it because of that rear end sitting way too high. please for the love of god, lower that $#!& man!!
