This is probably the last update on the blue truck this year. I will be getting some parts to install this Christmas though, so those will be going on in the spring. She’s put away in the back of the shop with my Dad’s YJ.

That is HOT! Toss some stock wheels on it and it would be perfect. I LOVE woodgrain!

Check what rear end it has too. If its a D44, its worth grabbing. Just buy the whole truck if you can, it might be cheaper.

Maybe $200 on the high end. Anything less than $300 would probably be a good deal though.

Bring plenty of extensions to get the trans out too, if you get it.

Grab the crossmember too if it is an AX-15, they are different from the other transmissions!

Holy cow, we all were commenting on this at the same time. That was wild. I just read through all of this and Pete and I are pretty much saying the same thing.

It wouldn't hurt to check the trans though. Here is a pic of the Ax-15 and BA10. The BA10 is on the right. The difference is circled.

Hell yeah you should! Be sure to grab the pedals and driveshafts (only grab the front if its a shortbed) too. You will need them for your swap. 5 speed for the win!

I don't know about the price for a 2wd, but the prices for these trucks are climbing, so who knows. The interior looks nice. Must see jeep Comanche truck. Recently restored body and paint to an awesome modern gray. Restored interior, seats, carpet, roof lining etc. Not a four wheel drive but they can be converted with some investment. Six cylinder motor, five speed standard. A.c. working. This truck runs and looks great. Looks like a great candidate for restoration, or if you could find a Colorado Red fender, I'd drive it as is (once its running right of course).
