When I am in a position to buy a house I plan to build a shop house type house. It wouldn’t be a very large house, but the overall building out be 50x70 feet. The house would maybe be 20x50, but I would want a basement below the house along with an upstairs for a master bedroom. But the living room area would be smaller. A reason son I want a smaller house is for cleaning it. I would want my main floor and the basement to have cement floors if possible. And I would want drains in each of those floors that way the floors can just be hoses off. I don’t know why, but I think that would just be nice.

I drove it around the yard today! It seems so much more powerful now that it runs on all 6! And yes, I am still waiting on clutch parts, so I drove it around clutchless.

I got this old girl started today! Little bit of starting fluid and the booster pack and she popped right off. I might install the fuel tank tomorrow or one day this week and get it running on fuel from the tank. I also painted the tank while it was out.

I think you need to get a .50 cal for it.

Should have. I honestly have no idea.

Thank you!

I put a brand new rear main in my engine. The f***er already leaks. The engine hasn’t even ran for 10 minutes yet. NOT IMPRESSED. Rant over.

Wow! I don't want that much, but ~3 inches would be nice.

From what I have read, you ran Rusty's 4.5" rear lift springs. Did you like the ride quality that they had or would you recommend something else? I want to go bigger on my blue truck. Side note, I think you might have the longest build thread on this forum. -

Looks great! You don't need to worry about losing it in a parking lot! -
I get that. I have gotten more that way over the last couple of years.

The bed is rusting above the wheelwells. In other news, the chrome mirrors, sliding rear window and gasket, gauge cluster and tilt steering column would all be worth pulling, at a minimum. The rear flares, taillights, tailgate, rear bumper maybe, and B pillar vents would be worth pulling too.

You're funny. We have been having days in the 20s for a couple of weeks, yet no snow. I just want snow for Christmas, but its not looking like we will be getting any. WOW! Do you have any pictures? We've never gotten snow like that here during my lifetime. I'm a little jealous, we just have brown here.

Do you have snow where you live right now? I know out east is getting hammered, and I have seen videos of people in Kansas having snow, but here in southern WI, we have no snow.

My family runs a mild all terrain on all of our vehicles year round. We have a 2004 Suburban 2500 and a 2000 Silverado 2500 regular cab, longbed (our 2017 JKU has all seasons, but we haven't driven it in the snow yet). Both are 4wd, but they rarely are in 4wd (unless we are plowing with the 2500). We just accelerate slow and plan on long braking distances. Between those and knowing how to control a slide, none of us have wound up in the ditch yet.

You know, sometimes I think that it was a dumb idea to not have either the XJs share flares or the 2 door XJ and the MJ to share rear flares. Then I remember, these were designed by AMC, expect stupid. Cool, but still kinda dumb.

That whole interior is beautiful. Also, that dash bezel might be worth saving, if it is the brushed aluminium one. It truthfully looks like a nice truck.
