Which screw goes here, and what are these screws?
boxyjeep replied to jodawill's topic in MJ Tech: Modification and Repairs
The screw packs that I sell will work. Along with the MJ B pillar caps. -
We did stop making these.
-
I stock a few of these. Take a look. https://boxyjeep.com/products/84-96-gauge-cluster-bezel-clear-acrylic-cover

Thanks! I haven't tested it on the B-Pillar but believe it should work. -

Sold all of them locally in 1 day minus the gold diesel and my original blue. These things go fast!

Selling off some of my tailgate collection to fund other projects. Located in Orange County California (southern CA). $200-300 each depending on condition (excluding the mint diesel tailgate--$800 obo for that). Will include one of the BoxyJeep Wall Mounts as well if you want it.

Adjustable Fuel Pressure Regulator
boxyjeep replied to boxyjeep's topic in MJ Tech: Modification and Repairs

The time has come. We now offer an adjustable fuel pressure regulator that is direct fit for Renix fuel rail and intake. It utilizes a variety of custom-machined AN fittings and brackets, in addition to a standard Aeromotive universal bypass regulator. Available on our website! https://boxyjeep.com/products/renix-adjustable-fuel-pressure-regulator

nos XJ seat covers on ebay
boxyjeep replied to Pete M's topic in Craigslist/Marketplace/eBay... i.e. Not Your Stuff
Apparently they are missing some critical parts that the seller fails to mention. https://www.facebook.com/groups/290347454873553/permalink/1904574196784196/? -
Just swap out the 87-90 full cluster. It's plug and play. Would also suggest converting to an electric speedo with our kit!

Heater Core Flow Direction
boxyjeep replied to JZLAJeep's topic in MJ Tech: Modification and Repairs
I don’t think it matters so much. I haven’t tested it personally, but likely both routing options are fine. HOWEVER, if you have an old heater core and switch it without replacement, it may loosen up some residual gunk that may end up in your cooling system… -
February 2026 - The Basket Case MJ
boxyjeep replied to 89 MJ's topic in Comanche of the Month (MJOTM)
Very nice! And that engine bay looks mint! -
That bracket is different for different years. Cut yours off from your OE cover and attach to the new cover with rivets. That being said, it's not super necessary unless you're running a mini console.
-
Honestly not sure why there’s so much debate on this. Just get the BoxyJeep tunnel cover. It fits the TJ lower boot perfectly (which is readily available) and has three different options for all potential transmission locations. The OE lower boot is impossible to find and no longer made. Some resemble it, but most are just slightly too small.
-
Here is what it looks like installed. Standard TJ boot fits perfect. Check out the link posted above for it.

Need Source for Body Graphics
boxyjeep replied to AZJeff's topic in MJ Tech: Modification and Repairs
Thanks for the tag! I actually don't make those, but I know who does. However, their website is no longer working (jeep-stickers.com). I emailed the guy to see what's up. Will let you know when I hear back! -
88 Instrument Cluster Help
boxyjeep replied to RNMashups's topic in MJ Tech: Modification and Repairs
Get rid of that cluster. It’s junk. Get an 88-90 cluster with the blue housing and full gauges. This video goes over it a bit more: Would also recommend the BoxyJeep electronic speedo conversion. -

Unfortunately I don't think kit is going to easily adapt with the 2.5L TBI engine. -
Adjustable Fuel Pressure Regulator
boxyjeep replied to boxyjeep's topic in MJ Tech: Modification and Repairs
No, lol. But it’s the only rail that bolts to the Renix intake manifold. If you’re going to swap to a HO rail, it requires a HO intake, throttle body, ditch EGR, etc, then this kit is unnecessary. But if you want to keep it somewhat original and gain some adjustability, this is a good option. -
