  1. I don't know where to find them but I recommend removing the c101 connector and soldering the wires directly together.
  2. I'm sure the "W" is silent.
  3. I once had a customer who wanted the letters in but I also needed to clean off the blue and paint the letters black so you couldnt see them if you looked under his car. I vote in . But not painted.
  4. I have also been looking for this one.
  5. Do you know what tcase you have?
  6. The posi loc only engages the front diff. It does not "lock" the front tires together like locking diff would. So it does make sense that the passenger side tire could be spinning and the driver side standing still.
  7. I hate when people talk with food in their mouth.
  8. I agree with that for sure my grand cherokee has air bags and I can lift it up 2.5 inches with the push of a button I think thats pretty cool.
  9. Has any one ever purchased anything from the Copart online auto auction? I'm looking for a wrecked motorcycle for a project and they have severl in my area.
  10. No way I would pay that, the grills not even in upside down.......
  11. I'm not sure if cutting down the shaft and changing the tail housing will work or not on the AX15 I have only done it to the BA10.
  12. Found it and its 21 spline.
  13. I don't remember right off but I think the pukey and early autos used the same splines and I think its the 21 spline. I know I pulled my tcase from an automatic xj with mechanical spedo gear. Ill see if I can find the piece of output shaft I cut off and count the splines. I don't think the pukey spines ever changed.
  14. If you have a Peugeot 5 speed you can change the tail shaft housing and cut the output shaft off to the correct length. I got a housing from a CC member and cut my shaft off and it works perfect. I didn't even pull the transmission for the 4x4 conversion. The output shaft is splined all the way up just be sure to cut it to the correct length. I agree an external slave AX15 would be great but if your trans works why throw it out until you need to. I'm sure you can find a junk trans to pull the tail housing off.

    Got snow?

I was headed to Manchester on Monday but canceled the trip. Bad weather was part of the reason to cancel.
  16. If you use the stock spring plate then you have your shock mount already in the correct location. I think the ford axle is a little narrow you may need wheel spacers.
  17. Did you replace the timing chain?
  18. I bought some giant pumpkin seeds a few years ago but never planted them. I wonder if there still good?
  19. My ba 10/5 is the only original piece of my trucks drive train. Engine was rebuilt and the rear end has been replaced.
  20. When the truck is empty the lever should be level with the ground. As the rear of the truck squats the lever is pushed up giving more pressure to the rear brakes. Having the lever wired pointing straight up would make it think you have a very heavy load in the truck and max out the rear brake pressure causing the tires to lock up. It should have been wired level to tge ground or reconected with the correct length rod.
  21. If you loose spark but fuel is still delivered when the spark returns it will back fire. I think your loosing spark for a split second but I don't kmow where to tell you to start looking.
  22. I was wondering if things like the radio also shut off.
  23. Does anything else go off at the same time?
  24. Sounds like it's loosing spark . How long does it shut off for? Will it do it just idling in the driveway?
  25. Have you checked the timing?
