are you running a open or closed system? sounds like a stuck thermostat or a clogged/collapsed hose

Get the one with the jiggle valve or drill a small hole towards the top to assist with bleeding.

Just check the bearing and make sure it's good. But there isn't to much to go wround worth the tool

Are you sure the lights are good? How about the sockets? Bad switch, you say you have power to it but what about out of it
