Only if you are using the later ho door lock harness on a renix jeep will you need to swap the metal bit, two or four door doesn't matter. It is possible to add it from a four door, I did, I separated and removed the rear door harness.

Make sure you have the covering and or there's not a way that water is getting inside of the horn

Have you installed another relay, what it sounds like is the relay is bad. Just cause it test good doesn't mean it's good under a load

Not really if you don't have cruise or don't use it you can switch to the ball if you'd like and then you can move it from the bumper

02 sensor sounds normal, they are supposed to go lean to rich to lean again. number 2 what have you done with the iac? have you cleaned it? have you done any of cruisers tips?
