  4. Keep in mind the heater control valve gets eliminated. That's a bonus.
  5. No bleeding needed. And, I found with the aluminum tank that Hordbrod favors, there is no was to see the level without removing the cap.

I know Cruiser had a topic recently on adding an inline radiator cap and getting rid of the pressure bottle while keeping a closed system radiator. Anyone have a link to this topic? I can't find it.   10. Look real closely where the tab is welded to the pedal. Also, the rubber line from the master to slave could be expanding. No fluid leaking into the cab from the master?
  11. See if the pedal has broken a weld up near the pivot point.
  12. Vehicles are designed to be assembled, not worked on. Perfect example is those disconnects.
  13. An exhaust manifold leak won't cause your issue. Try exercising the EGR with your fingertips. Is it sticky or rough feeling? The line from the throttle body to MAP is very critical. try spraying carb cleaner along that and where the intake manifold meets the head while idling.
  14. Did you use my method to adjust the TPS on the Engine side? Have you done tip 5?

    ECU needed

    Auto works in manual fine. Manual equipped eCU may give stalling problems in an auto. Not huge. 89 or 90 Auto trans gives 9 more horsepower than an 87 eCU
