  17. My gawd. I haven't seen a Jeep engine bay that clean since the time I popped the hood on a new one at the dealership. Nice.
  18. Pull the condenser. I did once made a concentrated effort to pull the plug without removing it. Using a thin wall 3/8 drive deepwell I did get the old plug out. But then there was no way I could get the new one started. Wound up having to move it anyway. Depending on which set up you have, sometimes it's possible to just remove the two inside bolts and tilt it over. Sometimes the aluminum tube is in the way and you can't get it that way. Then you can always pull the head. Bite the bullet and remove the condenser.
  19. It's strictly personal preference but I always try to use the OEM molded over the flex. I have never had a problem with flex and will use it if needed. And by the way. Pics one and two were of a '85XJ. Pics three and four were of a '94XJ.
  20. I took six pics. Seems two of them disappered. Let me know if you need any more. Jim

  24. If the truck had been sold to a JY as scrap or salvage, I'm curious as to how you got it. Here, in Colorado, once the title has been handed over to a junk yard it can no longer be sold complete or with title. I have left my name and number with every JY and P&P around Pueblo that if a MJ comes there way to call me before they accept it. I give them a couple bucks for their trouble and I give the owner more than the JY would have.
  25. :agree: Yep, to all previous said remarks above, and welcome.
