  1. It looks like one of the relays is bad but I still get low voltage on the passenger side. I'm going to take the easy way out and install a new harness.
  2. I did the relay harness install several years ago and worked great. A few years after that the passenger side light went very dim. A few months ago neither light will work on the low beam setting. High beams work fine, except the dim passenger side. Point me in the right direction. Thanks! 1989 MJ Renix
  3. When driving the truck while wearing large hunting boots there is barely room for the boot to fit between the brake pedal and the trans tunnel. Does anyone else experience this? I wonder if it's the original design or the previous owner used a different pedal assembly for a rebuild.
  4. Mine runs 210° all day long.
  5. Thanks for the tip.
  6. Do you know what the thread is on that stud so I can get a die to chase the threads? Thanks.
  7. I'm about to replace the front shocks on my MJ that has about 140k miles. While I'm under there are there any fairly easy suspension parts that I should replace? Nothing is broken or way out of whack, just normal wear and tear. Thanks for the suggestions.
  8. My '89 suddenly was soaked on the passenger floor. I checked the windshield and everything was OK. I took the cowling cover off exposing the wiper mechanism. Way back under the fender a mouse had built a huge nest blocking the drain holes. Once I cleaned it out no more leaking.
  9. I used small zip ties in several holes. Just snip them off after starting a few bolts.
  10. Check #7 of Cruiser's Tips http://comancheclub.com/topic/48463-cruisers-mostly-renix-tips/
  11. Could there be flywheel issues or maybe the CPS isn't mounted close enough to the flywheel?
