I'd like that tonneau more than the winch bumper.

And what about all those leaves? I think I see 3 packs?

I seem to like long bed MJs more than short beds and without shells more than with, but this is both and looks great! Eugene, eh? I'm from Bend.

Just for giggles, I'll try: And the gold rear letters: Those work for non-myspacers?

I got 24 mpg on my last tank, but my Suzuki friend gets 35ish in his 4-cyl (1.6 or something though, and much lighter), so all my buddies think 4-cyl = 30+ mpg. I'm surprised that Camaro engine keeps that sort of mileage! Must be the fuel injection? It is TBI?

I wanna see pics of that 3.8 pound bass! I know you can't mean the one in the photo. Me and the 4X4 I'm paid to drive. You never know who might be lurking on these forums. Are you with the sheriff's department or forest service? I don't know California's badging, but I assume it's sheriff with the tan uniform and star, but think forest service with the green hat. If that's a police truck, wow would I have some tickets. Talk about blending in...

People think my gas mileage would be good because I have a 2.5. When they ask what sort of mileage I get, I tell em it's a Jeep.

What bulbs do you have in your H4s? My PIAA's don't turn my lamps that blue at all!

I just pulled 2 of em today from the junkyard! MUHAHAHAHAHA!!! Driverside drop, non-vacuum. Bought at 5 o'clock for $100 a piece, disc to disc, with all steering components and steering gear boxes, sold one at 6 o'clock for $250, and the other one's going on a Nissan. Sorry, had to brag and couldn't decide which post to put it in, cause I'm incredibly happy. -
87manche and Twisty, definitely did not know that and I'm putting a Cherokee axle under my truck tomorrow (welding on new spring perches). Thank you very much!

That's a fine blue to me. It's a subtle color, and doesn't scream look at me, or look feminine. Someone scratched that into my GMC when it was covered in mud, but they were just writing it. I know who it was, and it was an accident to get it scratched in. And then an idiot friend of mine thought manual hubs were $#!&ty cause "you have to get out of the truck to turn em", and "they don't use em anymore so they must be weak"... He wrote "dumbass hubs" on the fender in mud. "Dumbass" stayed. That truck used to be nice.

I've always assumed that the pinion should point at the t-case ouput. Like: T-case ----------- ...........................\\ pinion ^300" of lift, but I think the idea is there. Have I been mistaken?

My apologies. I meant they're tuned to precise specifications taking into account each pound of weight you carry around. It was awkward to type originally, I figured it'd be awkward to read, sorry.

I installed an XJ panel on the right side with two switchs, and painted the bezel black for misc. things that need switches, but there was no wiring behind where I put the switches at all. On the left side that has the factory fog light switch, my factory fog light plugs end up going to behind the grill, one plug near each headlight.

You @#$%ed that van up!

I think sliders would sell amazingly well, because the majority of owners don't own a welder or aren't comfortable with their work enough to build them. I love to make my own stuff, and even if I had the money to buy this stuff (read: broke) I probably would still build it, because I love to fabricate. I am semi-limited on time though.

Will a Wrangler trac bar work on a Comanche?

I've just started looking into it, so my knowledge is lacking a lil, but what about running a parrallel 4-link with Watt's linkage instead of a panhard? I know minitrucks run that or 6 links so the gas tank doesn't become a problem. An okay picture showing the Watt's: And a 6 link, which I don't think is offroad friendly, but for reference: -
Oops, typo, meant $420 plus shipping. Considering what you get, it doesn't seem that bad. They're one of a kind springs made to compensate for that steel license plate frame you use instead of plastic.

Looks like an RC truck.

does B&N let u take it in the bathroom? They can't stop you. My bro's subscribed to Four Wheeler, so I read his. Off-Road Adventure is free, so I get that. JP and Petersons I read at B&N. I download all of my movies and music, go to B&N for magazines, and the library for books. I live life free, the American way.

Was he talking about drive flanges? If he was, it's like a set of manual hubs stuck in the locked position. Wouldn't effect a selectable locker.
