How would you loose power to the AUX fuse box if it is wired directly to you batt POS and NEG? Sounds like you need a new starter solenoid to me. This happens to me about every 2 months in my truck. Damn POS!
Thanks! Where can I buy a new set?
Will these be the ones? I figure if I get a set you pictured it would drop the rear a half inch.

With a charged batt does your radio, heater, wipers, lights, etc come on when the key is in the on position? If they don't come on try turning it to the acc position all the way back towards you. If they come on then it is the ignition switch.
Thats what I am talking about... Is there a page that explains this in a little better detail? My D35 is howling at me, prolly since I have been plowing snow with the truck. :fs1: I am still running the axle on top on the leaves but with 1" lift shackles.
The D-35 finally started making noises.. time to swap in the 8.25 I have already. How do you guys know where exactly to mount the shock perches? Is there a specific way to do it, or should I just measure? I can obviously figure out the distance from the drum to the perch but how do I figure vertical ways where it should go?
If you are handy why not custom build something out of metal, or even wood then cover or paint it? If you still have the bench seat there is plenty of room back there. When I swapped to buckets I lost a lot of storage room behind them. I am now forced to use a toolbox in the bed for my straps, tow chain, and random tools.
Replaced the ignition switch(a lot easier than I thought) and everything works again. The old one smells like burnt plastic! I rewired my lights and fan from the battery instead of the fuse box for now.
Is it just me or does it look like a LWB with a SWB bed on it?! Look at the bottom right pic in the CL ad. Heh prolly explains the tailgate in the bed, because it won't fit on over the uni-frame.
Seeing as how rancho doesn't make a lift kit for the comanche I can almost guarantee that it is not done correctly. The truck most likely has bad alignment issues. Also the rear bumper and tail lights are no longer made so you have to buy them used when you can find them. IMHO THAT comanche is worth $500 tops seeing as it needs a lot of work. After you invest HOURS of work and spend lots of money it will only be worth $1500 tops. Anyways welcome to the CC!!
