  1. What size is the MJ and XJ leaf spring center pin sizes?
  2. Thanks but I was more curious than interested. I saw one for sale locally for $75 but my new to me MJ has the roll bar so the cover would be useless.
  3. A tool FOR every job.... A tool FROM every job. :rotf:
  4. How rare are these tonneau covers? I have seen one Mj with one around PA and it looks very nice.

Don't forget to add jiffy lube stripping your oil plug when they put it back in, and then refuse to change your oil again because its stripped. (Happened to my mother) :ack:
  6. Every junk yard around me has clocks. I could get as many as 20 of them in one place.
  7. Why not just get another clock from the junk yard?
  8. I don't know much about conversion vans but my mother used to have a 98 Dodge and it was terrible. There is very limited space in the dodge vans and the V6 motor was underpowered and junk. I would look into the Chevy conversion van more because they have a decent size bed that an average person can sleep on.
  9. That guy has some pretty serious DDs. :rotfl2:
  10. Yeah the 5spd AW4 came from the factory when you ordered the flatbed. :rotfl2:
  11. I'm looking to raise the rear 2" and stiffen it up to hold around 1500lbs. What would be a good JY truck to grab a full AAL from? From what I could find a S-10 truck or blazer should give me what I'm looking for right? Its for a 4x4 MJ with semi tired springs.
  12. How come the RC 4.5" kit doesn't come with the required track bar?
  13. When I installed drop shackles on my MJ the top needed to be ground down about 1/8" and the bottom fit perfectly around the leaves. The bolt sleeves were also the correct size. I think you got the wrong pair, Chevy shackles are not the same from 88-07 they changed a couple times. I used a set off a 94 1500 that a local guy sold me off his truck.
  14. You need to ship some of your MJs over to the east coast and stop hogging em all!
  15. That MJ could be a DD after about $1500 in parts and countless man hours. :wrench:
  16. Look up blacktunaroll on ebay and buy his true 2" spacers for $45 shipped. Then pick up some chevy shackles from the auto parts store lift section for $40. This will give you 2" lift for around 90 bucks with tax. Then you can buy lift shocks from RC or anywhere for around $120 and have plenty of room to go higher if you want.

  18. I guess it never occurs to people that they can look right at their car and see how to spell it.
  19. They weren't tapered on my 89MJ or my 94XJ. I would just cut them off with a cut-off wheel.
  20. Nice flatbed too bad its soo heavy you can't put too much more weight on it.
  21. I was just watching videos on youtube of different mopar videos.. :ack:
  22. Body work is over-rated!
  23. Will relocating the track bar like the link below(step 4) be a good idea for 2.5-2.75" lift? http://www.greatlakesxj.com/tech/BD-715059.pdf
