  1. I'd put the reinforcement plate in and leave the rest . Once the plate is in with the hinges welded to it i don't see it going anywhere.
  2. Chili pepper red will definitely stand out , but if you're a subtle guy I'd go with the silver . I guess you're taking the truck apart ? If not , staying with around the same color as the truck is would be my vote . Looks strange when you open the door/hood etc and see the old color showing (just my opinion)
  3. I'd have to look , but if you wanted to stay with the older style I may have some new ones . If only one hinge is bad you would only have to change one . May be be a good time to install one of those reinforcing plates too if your hinges were pulling away from the body .
  4. Yep , just look at a 97 + XJ for reference.
  5. I have , so has Minuit iirc . With little modifications it can be done .
  6. So you have a manual truck? If so , Flush it out with brake cleaner and nothing should come out of the trans cooler .
  7. Here are the parts you will need if you are looking for factory parts , I did this on my 87
  8. It's been a long time that I don't remember exactly how I did it but I think it was a combination of drilling the bushings out and a large pair of channel locks to push out the steel sleeve .
  9. Those are definitely not right. Not sure how the leaf pack was born , but someone definitely added something.
  10. And that sweet hat !!
  11. That's about the condition my wheels are in right now, I'm looking for new or like new. But thanks for the linkThat's about the condition my wheels are in right now, I'm looking for new or like new. But thanks for the link
  12. Right bolt , the bushing flange faces the radiator. The busing comes with some aftermarket pulleys or find an NOS one .
  13. Nozzles are the same up till the end of the XJ production. Looks like you're set though
  14. 90xj limited seats on 2door MJ bucket seat frames .
  15. Yeah , those wheels really don't look good without white lettered tires . If you had an unused spare wheel in the 91 XJ I'd be interested in that .
  16. You have some 5 stars then ?
  17. The last wheel I bought was $20 , which is probably way cheaper than an NOS wheels is . I'm for sure willing to look into a Nos wheel if you know where one or more is at ,also going to be looking for new center caps too if you run across any .
  18. Still looking for more ... Currently have 3 and Frank the Dog may have a way to get me two more. Ultimately I'd like to have two sets if possible . Thanks in advance.
  19. As I said in my previous post on this thread , you needed to replace the lower shock bushings . Took me all but a half hour to replace them myself , no hydraulic press ...
  20. No sales for Kentrol specifically, sorry .
  21. If it's aftermarket tint you can make a decision on wether or not to keep the tint , however if it's factory tint you can't remove it. I personally like the tint for privacy , especially if I have my tools in the Jeep
  22. I can ask my buddy that work for Kentrol about sales/deals on parts .
  23. Thank you Mike , saves me a trip.
  24. Pretty sure Justin got the one that was on FB . Mine is in my moms attic, it will go in my red truck when finished. I can't remember if there was any indication of who actually made the cabinet for Jeep . I can take a look at it if I have to go get decorations down this year for Christmas
