  4. Ding ding ding!!! I hate that search.
  5. Nice to see another truck on 36's :D Any plans on trimming the rear? My TSL SX's don't tuck that well, and I'm debating tubing the rear wheel wells.
  6. Holy wheel weights Batman! (RR tire). That's why I didn't even bother with my new tires.
  7. Which front axle are/were you running? I'm running a 1998 HP D30 with 760x joints. I'm hoping it lasts for a little while.
  8. You are correct. Heavy sheetmetal removal and big bumpstops are in my future. Long arms are in process and I have a few ideas for the rear too. Looking to go with 80% down travel and 20% up. We'll see. 36x12.5x15 TSL SX on 15x8's....poor mans beadlocks haha. I like the look so far though.
  9. TAA DAA! Image Not Found
  10. Bought some TJ parts last weekend off a guy who parts trucks. Said he sold a set last month on ebay for 300 to a guy in Finland. Paid for the cost of the whole truck.
  11. Thanks CW! I'll have to get some pics up with the new tires and the SS whippie!
  12. ehhh You could be right Jim. I know it is on the very lower piece of the dash. Looks different when its off the truck haha.
  13. Does this count? Image Not Found Image Not Found
  14. Its a little clear box under the dash, glove box side. Looks like a clock for a bomb. Tried finding a pic of it, but came up empty.

    Fun on the ice

Went out on the pond this weekend, about 9" of ice out there now. Had loads of fun racing the new Polaris Sportsman around with the neighbors. One of the kids brought out a CJ-5 bodied woods buggy, and promptly fell through the not-so-frozen marsh. Winched out pretty quickly. The buggy runs a 20hp Honda V-twin with two half inch belts running to the stock tranny and axles, much like our cranberry bog buggies. Had 31" tractor tires on the rear and BFG's on the front. Will do about 25mph.
  20. kings, mushroom, quarters, my favorite game is @$$ hole. you can make some really funny rules in that one. or just drink every time someone blinks.
  21. For some reason, it seems that 95's are known to tear motor mounts from the block. I've seen it happen in person on my buddies 95. May not be an issue for a DD, but something to consider.
  22. I run a 2.5" glass pack (about 18" long body) to a 3" thrush turbo muffler and 3" tailpipe. No cat. converter either. By far the best sounding 4.0 exhaust I've heard around.
  23. I learned that there are multiple temp sensors on the block, one of which is connected to the computer. Could have something to do with your cold running issues? Sounds like the electrical system is all kinds of confused.
  24. Never meant to say these weren't a great deal. I know I could NEVER make anything that nice for even close to $145. For me, it's just a matter of not being able to justify spending that kind of dough on a truck that isn't worth more than 2500 bucks :dunno: I think it's great that these are being offered for those guys looking to build nice trail trucks, but mine is far from it! I do appreciate what you guys are doing for the MJ guys who have been looking for these for awhile.
