Am I the only one who cringes at paying $145 for a cube with holes cut in it? Can someone explain why its not worth it to make my own? "Time I have, Money I don't"

Yup...its an 04 Sportsman 600. I've had to do a few thigns to it, but nothing that was the fault of the bike. Putting in the clutch kit really woke it up. Trails down here are decent, but we have to head to Western MA if we really wanna stretch our legs.

I went out last friday on the new bike. Tons of fun in the snow. Here's the girly taking a break for hot chocolate.

I'd say do with it as you would if you bought it new... For me, that would be a mild lift and 31's. Just a nice DD thats a little more capable than stock. The V8 swap would be great too. As a fellow New Englander, I can appreciate the 31k mile body regardless of drivetrain.

When you think something can't be taken apart, just remember....."it didn't grow from a seed." Someone spent alot of time and money to put those "extra parts" on originally. Better double, triple check before you say you don't need them.
