I just bought one I can try to let you know when I get it as I have a couple renix engines laying in the garage. The reason I bought it is for the 2000 block I am building.

Ebay or amazon or a good used one. Did you put that thin metal collar back on the outside of the pan? I have a few used ones but there from up north here the have a little rust nothing serious though.

When you get caught up you should try selling a few on ebay I bet they would sell well.

Mine cracked at the latch pin on the body side. I left it alone and withing a year it was very bad so bad I had to hold the door shut by hand. Get it welded now

Ones on the left look like the best shape also. If the left ones will fit with no support on my 89 d44 if yes I would like to have them if no I will take the others.

The GM thing opens up the search some. Only found one guy selling them under Jeep on ebay $85.00 (CRAZY) without cruise. Found a few for $30.00 for gm but all have cruise. Thanks for looking and the great info.

Had a thought this weekend I was at a couple yard sales and theres always old hitches sitting around. If you use these plates and find a used hitch thats wider than the MJ all you would have to do is cut the plates off the old hitch weld on the new plates and done as most tube is standard size.

I would love to find a good used set for $25.00 or even restoreable set. I want to try sanding and clear coating a set ,mine look bad on a truck with new paint. don't want to risk painting a set until i have a extra set to try. Then theres the restored ones on ebay for 350.00 s set.

Do yourself a favor and do some reading on the the never valve cover swap it more than worth it. Theres lot of threads on it here, if you can't find them I will try when I have more time tonight. Might also google renix valve cover swap to find some more info.

I moved something on mine it was just something on the fender don't remember what just one screw was holding it. I can get you A pick sometime Sunday if you want its raining out now.
