  6. Got a great deal on Brembo rotors from ebay on a closeout for the 01 Cherokee. It does not look like brembo sells pads for the Cherokee anymore. Does anyone have any suggestions on what pads to run with these for best results. I always wanted to try Brembos tired of the junk rotors warping these were not much more than cheap china rotors so I am hoping for the best.

  18. Can not find a clear answer on how to remove the shafts from the rear d44 in a 89 Comanche so I can have the bearings and seals replaced. Local shop said if I get them out 20.00 a side to remove replace with new if I buy the parts.
  19. April fools?
  20. That should be a good one, as long as the oil pressures good I would go for it. I cracked and cooked A 2001 engine at 150000 put a used head on it as I didnt have much money at the time. That same jeep is sitting here with 227,000 on the same original block with used head still runs strong but it is getting noisy. I have another 2001 I bought knowing it was cracked had 85000 miles pulled the head off and the pistons were melted that one got a new engine.
  21. Is the good oil pressure good? What head year did he use?
  22. Somewhere once I found a chart with mile/falure comparison rates can't find it now. It was and is HIGH if theres any brown in the antifreeze you most likely have a problem don't assume its just dirty. If its clean priced right get it put a different year head on it and be done.
