Once you figure fuel, Id jiggle the cps and see if that does anything. I HAVE HAD the same issues and after a few days of fussing found it to be a intermittent working cps, main reasoning to bad cps, was it idle fine but add throttle or load ot would spit and sputter and stall out. Just putting it out there..

My first thought here, Pete double check what you did now. Then if things are pointed in the right direction of flow, id check for fuel flow at the filter to ensure fuel pump is indeed pumping, sometimes the sound of it running dosent mean its functioning proper.

Yeah it seems i may one day may need the bubble and I always need a double set of trouble cause I can never seem to find the damn die I need. now Ill keep both sets in their own bag with a couple other misc brake tools being I'm messing with drum brakes yet again. Cheers to the new year and new projects!

Yep, got me a $1000 haul for $320. Very much needed most everything. Never mind them fram oil filters now.

Finally got the baby jeep to the shop. Have a pile of parts awaiting to fix it up and handle some of that much needed attention it has been a long wait. More to come as plan to take a few pics along the way to help me remeber the day for when its time to do it all over again.

I may not ride snowmachines but I know how to dress in layers for sure living in the UP.

Both jeeps still park but I need gas. Gotta take my most reliable ride..

Depends on your mech skills and means to get parts when needed. I dd mine and have to fix it routinely. I however enjoy the rush of not knowing what may break next or what not. But once you are to the point of touching everything on your rig at least once. Then its all upkeep and how muxh energy you care to spend. Good luck as these are good trucks.

Yes it is. Fellas helped me put it in when was in penn for jeep fest. All they had at the time and it got me home anyways. Just doesnt suck up the last 5 gallons of gas in the tank. And looking at the baby jeep the sending unit dosent look to be in the best shape, rust belt you know. so going to plan to get to sending unit and tanks when can. Big jeep is parked anyways for a bit as needs some attention as well.

Playing with gas. Fun. Thought was take tank from big jeep and clean it up and paint it and shove it in the little jeep till i can source another tanl and fuel pump setup.
