well, a whole lotta "life" has happened in the last 10 years, but rest assured she's sitting comfortably with my old 88 next to the barn under a big canopy. right now she's just a big storage unit (found a topper for the bed) but some day she'll be much more. I've got the HO XJ harness and such down here now, but the engine and trans I want to use are still in a shed in Michigan. of course after seeing a few LS swaps, that plan may change...

yup. the ratio changes the driveshaft's rotation speed. usually we just concern ourselves in the other direction but it works both ways.
