  1. I feel it was important that someone mention that the 2 key contributors of that thread will not be responding. If Jason didn't do it, I would have.
  2. Don passed about a year ago. It's not so much about obsolescence, it's about human nature. It always seems that fewer guys will look at an old thread. when searching for a solution, the more eyeballs that see it the better the chances that you'll get a guy that knows the answer. I've had plenty of times that a bump like yours went unanswered but then I split it off into its own thread and gave it a descriptive title and suddenly people responded.
  3. the are several 1-ton builds in the EpicTech subforum the stock front axle can easily be made to handle 33s, especially if you're not doing anything crazy. the rear dana 35 is another story, but as mentioned, there are good alternatives that still work with the front axle.

    when you go to edit your post, scroll down to the bottom and hit the little trash can on the pic to completely remove it. If a pic isn't already used in the text, the software will throw it in at the bottom of the post. looks super yummy!
