dang, you've been busy! I used a similar design of LED in my cluster and ended up blacking out the top LEDs to cut down the brightness.

if you're doing a bench, it'll forever be compared to Raybuck, so keep that in mind when thinking about pricing or specific offerings of colors/textures/etc. unless Raybuck doesn't make covers for the straight edge benches, in which case you'll be compared to local upholstery shops.

welcome to the addiction -ACC makes new carpet (they are the only manufacturer and all others are resellers so just find the best price and run with it). it fits... ok. be prepared to spend some time with it and be sure to request there be no trans tunnel cutouts. I believe there's an install writeup in the DIY forum? if not, there really should be. -raybuck makes new covers for the bench seats but I'm not sure if they make them for the straight front edge ones (as opposed to the ones that have a notch in the middle for the floor shifter). you'll want to talk to them. or find a local upholstery place. -be sure to read through this thread if you haven't already:

the tar-like substance is supposed to be there. though it could stand to be cleaned and reapplied.

if it's rubbing on the flares, a small spacer lift should alleviate it.

those are '06 TJ Rubicon rims. I've got a pair of 06s on my trailer and a set of 05s on my Liberty. best rim ever! 8" wide and with just a bit less backspacing so the tires push out a smidge.

that junkyard was one of the worst though. each individual thing you want has a 35 dollar minimum charge, sooooo I got a bed and a cluster and that's it. and I only grabbed the cluster because it's a full cluster for a 4 banger.

I could easily do such a thing with a rusty MJ bed (and a good gate). the bits at the back are usually in way better shape than the bedsides. unfortunately the 2 beds I have that could get sacrificed for such a thing are wrecked in the back. just think, the gate could come down and form a sitting area. Rob did a thing like that (the sitting area, not the whole bed to sleep in) years ago and I've wanted one ever since.
