the factory difference in axle width front to back is negligible and the effect on handling if they don't match perfectly is also negligible. this might apply to a high end performance car (except that there have been plenty of performance cars that don't have matching widths), but certainly not our our old trucks. do as you see fit. personally I'd add spacers to the rear only and get them to better match the front from a visual perspective.

yeah, well the daily has to take precedence over the truck I can't afford to drive even if it wasn't broken.

rear pass window failed and rolled itself down. tomorrow I'll tear into it and see if it's one I've repaired already. also my tire is contacting my windshield washer pump during turns, causing a leak and draining out all the fluid. I may have to address that. big tires for life on the plus side, I made 4 runs into town to pick up 2 loads of wood and 2 1000# trips of gravel and she mostly behaved herself
