  1. let me introduce you to my cellphone. lol. usually I'm using my laptop, but not always.
  2. chance are you're going to need to pull the box to repair. do you have a manual transmission?
  3. swapped out a bad axle shaft in Breanne's truck with a junkyard unit I pulled the other day. holy cow is that an easy, straightforward job when the Jeeps are rust free!!!
  4. if it was low enough, it might have sucked fluid in as it cooled.
  5. be aware that there's a change in seatbelt shape (the metal ends that plug in) 84-87 and 88+. they are not interchangeable
  6. hmmm... we may be running low on memory again. I'll look into it.
  7. yup, I would do a quick swap between the turn flasher and the hazard flasher to see what happens. probably not the issue, but easy enough to eliminate as a possibility.
  8. if the lights get power when the switch is engaged, it feels to me like the switch would be fine. is there any change in behavior on either side if the headlights are switched on? how about if the brake pedal is depressed?
  9. I have noticed that at times. but most other times it's ok.
  10. the other day I noticed that I'm already splitting open the rear aftermarket foam bumpstops so I ordered and now have installed some poly ones. haven't gone for a ride yet to see how it feels but my Jeep just barely kisses the bumpstop at rest so this might be interesting. (partly due to weight and spring sag, partly due to the aftermarket stops being way taller than the factory ones) whatever happens, I'm certain it's better than the original springs/bumpstops since they were so bad I was sitting steel-on-steel at rest. lol
  11. Merry Christmas!! definitely not getting a white xmas here in GA. lol highs in the 70s means I'm digging my shorts out of the summer box
  12. oooo! endcaps!
  13. I mean, it wouldn't be the first time a seller shot for the moon only to get dragged down to earth by buyers saying "mmmm... nah".
  14. no spare. what about something in the brakes being loose on that side?
  15. is the exhaust smacking into the trans crossmember? that tends to be a common issue, though it can be more of a thunk you feel rather than a clunk you hear.
  16. slight misjudgement on the water table...
  17. when your code guy doesn't care what the previous easement measurement was...
  18. as you're hunting, keep in mind that 84-87 belts do not plug into 88+. they changed the shape of the metal bit for some reason.
  19. I see no restrictions on your account so I'm guessing it's a glitch in the system again. we can try resetting your password. send me a message at comancheclub@hotmail.com
