    turn signals appear to be MJ taillight sockets (i.e. they are at a right-angle). I'm assuming due to space constraints because of the radiator

    your tailgate is a bit rough already and you live in a salt-free state. I think you'll be ok popping a few little holes in your 'gate.

    being a complete housing, I'm guessing they have super bright leds inside so they illuminate as much as normal ones?

    the more you spend on shocks, the better they will be. that's another thing that kits tend to skimp on to cut costs.
