  1. I didn't get that pump - have the 4.0. But the last Bosch pump I got came with the strainer.
  2. These were optional on MJs and XJs.
  3. Please do before throwing more parts on it.
  4. AAAAARG - forgot about your winch.
  5. A$$-ume you will have fog and cargo lamp switches on the left pod, and emergency fan and ???? on the right?
  6. Thank you. The General Springs Metric Ton MJ springs are five-leaf, two of which are overload leafs.
  7. I don't know what you are driving. I got 3" out back at first, but like all leaf springs they settle a bit. I lost about 3/4" over a year's time, thus the longer shackles to bring it back up. Plus I have a camper shell on a longbed, so it'll settle a bit more than your average SWB MJ.
  8. Make an adapter for the throttle body throat and wedge the butterfly open. Used to do this with carbs back in the day...
  9. It works well and is all quality stuff. Perfect for 31's. Do do the heavy(er) front end suspension component upgrades too, like the ZJ sway bar, WJ control arms, etc.
  10. Good info here regarding the Marchal / Jeep relationship. I have the Marchal 850 yellow fogs and would kill for regulation Jeep covers for them.
  11. Love the General tires Ben. Are they fairly quiet on pavement? Fuel injection still doing fine? Quality plastic fuel tanks are pretty inexpensive for CJ's Ben - why not throw one of those in?
  12. Okay, the manuals are all lying.
  13. From the parts manual: U-Bolts 86-89 MJ, 52000232, 12mm Metric 90-92 MJ, 52006440, 5/8" SAE
  14. Definitely not a factory cover - they didn't even get the spelling of Commanche right.
  15. That is the left side.
  16. Fogs and cargo light - Not mine....
  17. Don't know about that Jay, but it's good to hear from you bro.
  18. Are you using the original 92 working cluster that you pulled or did you change any of the gauges out? Could be something as common as a sticking meter movement. Seen a crap-load of those. You can pull the cluster and apply a known direct battery voltage across the VM cluster terminals to check the meter accuracy. But do check the actual charging voltage to the battery, as I'm sure you already know.
  19. Go back about 12 posts and you will see it.
  20. In three days it'll be three months for moi. But who's counting. And it's still a biotch...
  21. No, I've never found any "performance" brakes for 2WD or 4WD MJs. About the best you can do is get a quality set of pads. Last set I got some ceramic pads and I love them. Good stopping power, no squeals, and zero brake dust.
  22. I keep an assortment of different diameter / length cotter pins in the hardware cabinet. It's best to use the largest diameter size that will fit through the spindle hole. There's little to no pressure on the pin from the spindle nut once it's torqued correctly and it's douched up well with bearing grease.
